Staff were friendly, owner was very helpful. Location is good, 10 min walk from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. Comfy Beds.

Rooms are very run down, in need of redecorating. In the pictures hotel looks clean & new but there's damp, torn wallpaper, torn window nets and taps in bathroom have mould on them. The bathtub is tiny. At checkout we were being overcharged. And the breakfast was traditional Turkish breakfast, no toast, no fried eggs, no continental food, didn't go down too well with the kids.

Its location. Near (7 minutes walking) to the main 4 attractions: Agia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, Blue Mosque and Cisterna. The restaurant 49 on the opposite side.

We didn't get enough towels. The elevator was in bad condition.

    The location only!

The pictures in the site are very very old! The hotel is really broken-down ! The wallpapers are ragged and stained, the curtains are old, dirty and doesn`t fit for the windows, it is really miserable hotel! The breakfast is beneath any kind of criticism! The staff, exept for one person, is very unpleasant and unkind, looking as if you are intruding and disturbing them. It is not worth at all!

great and quiet location a few hundred meters from Galata bridge, the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace, 3min walk to the tramstop Sirceci. Receptionists mostly friendly and helfpful.

my bathroom was very dirty when I arrived and I first had to clean it. No WiFi in the bedroom, only in the reception area/breakfast room.

the only merit is the location of the hotel.

staff' response is slow, our room is not clean, and its equipment is old and some are not functional

One man at reception was great and allocated me a different room when I was unable to use the bathroom in the first room allocated to me. The location is in a pedestrian street with lots of fast and cheap eating options (for construction workers) and the food is good.

The first room I had was on Floor 1 and smelled horrible and was dirty. As well it had a bath that was short and on two levels with a very wide section to get over before you were able to use it. I was able to go down stairs to the haman to shower. The hamam was filthy and I never saw anyone use it. Suggest you don't! The next room I was allocated was on Floor 3, smelled ok, aircon worked etc. Breakfast mostly was inedible - poor quality cheeses, bread but loads of jam options. Cooked food I didn't even touch it looked so bad.

    Location, price

The hotel does not look as good as at the pictures. The room smelled bad as someone smoke in it.

    Location

Never never and never stay here. The room was so small and had no ventilation. I felt suffocated and I had sleep with my door open. Even then, I could not sleep because people were smoking in the lobby.
