The surprise at finding such a perfectly located visitor friendly boutique hotel without previous recommendation. The staff and harbour view room were amazing and the breakfast was just right for the end of a two day pre airport visit. We will be back. Having to leave.

Location, room, staff. Excellent shower with very good water pressure. A proper garbage can was missing from the room but this was not a real problem. Basically nothing to complain.

Position, a minute away from the marina and right in the old town. Great breakfast. Very old authentic building. Good staff in particular the young lady working at breakfast. Great rooms and a modern TV. The view at breakfast over the sea, boats and harbour is great. The sea view would be good if you could see it standing up! Please remove the curtains as they block the view of the sea and it's already very awkward to see unless you bend down. No balcony to stand on so felt closed in- but feel bad complaining about this as it's a 300 year old building and they certainly aren't gonna change that for me!

The staff was all in all very attentive, friendly and helpful. As well, the rooms were furnished in a nice way. We couldn't get the room we had booked but it was solved very proffesionally and we got another huge suite instead of the ottoman suite. The breakfast was a bit poor. The plates on the buffet were not filled immediately. We had to wait for bread and tea. Unfortunately, the cereals and one sort of the cheese were a bit old. I'm sure that this can be improved. After a shower the bath was regularly under water. Something must be fixed in the bathroom. I slipped on the wet floor.

Very good location by the old harbour in Kaleici. Quiet. Very friendly, polite and helpful staff. Fantastic view from the restaurant. Very good value for money.. As we visited the hotel off-season the restaurant only served breakfast, not dinner. Missed complementary coffee/tea in the room. (Water heater was available).

The location. Right in the heart of the old town with fantastic views of the marina at breakfast time. Booked originally for one night and ended up staying five! The hotel itself was lovely with some interesting features. Did have a problem getting Wifi in the room but apart from that we really enjoyed our stay.

I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights from 14 to 20 September. The best about it, is it's location almost on the water in the Old Town Port. This is where eveybody is walking to at night to take in the scenery and ambience and then you are right there already! The walk up to the main town along the narrow pedestrain streets was good exercise and interesting. The port is always busy with boats coming and going and from the breakfast room on the top floor of the hotel one had a lovely view across the harbour while eating breakfast. My room was of a nice size, well appointed and not cramped at all for a building in the old port. Breakfast was buffet style and had sufficient variety for the time I spent there. The Hotel does have a small lift. There is a performing stage straight out the front door of the hotel, towards the right side, where there was a free music show on on the Friday evening, which was very nice to watch. Huge trees provide shade and it is the ideal spot to just sit and watch the world pass by. To get to the 2 large main swimming beaches from the Hotel, one can take the tram for only 1.25 Turkist Lira and for Lara Beach, the Bus from the last tram stop, for an additional 2 Lira. There is a small beach just to the left of the Hotel on the outside wall of the harbour wall, that charges an entrance fee, I think it was 10 or 15 Lira for your entrance and lounger, which was also very nice. All the Reception staff spoke good English and were very helpful in providing info and for booking day excursions and confirming availability. I had a very nice stay and woulod reccommend this hotel to prospective visitors to Antalya. There was nothing that I did not like.

first of all we choosed this hotel because of the location. it's very close to Saat Kulesi (center) and Mermerli beach. also very close are bars and shops. the room is big enough, but only the window is low and has no balcony. cleaning was every day. the staff is very friendly and helpful! for example, when the hairdryer was broken in our room, they changed it to a new one immediately! this hotel is worth its money! breakfast is poor. during our stay there was some reapartion works in hotel (about 2 days). and about at 10-00 there has been started a big noise! of course it wasn't nice, but for us it wasn't big problem, 'cause anyway at this moment we were going outside.
