Tuvana is an adorable boutique hotel. We were so pleased with our choice. I impressed with the very helpful staff, and comfortable rooms. The location is the best, for all exploration of Antalya, and we walked to nearly all sights. The Seraser and the great bar of the restaurant were highlights of our trip, as we enjoyed a drink while listening to great choices of lounge and soft jass musics. Definetely recommended!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Tuvana Hotel.... It is a unique place, with an amazing history, real character, high standards and outstanding service in all ways. The Hotel has been lovingly restored and is clearly the pride of the town and the region, as it should be. It seems no expense was spared in its restoration. Our room was amazing... We have travelled a lot and never stayed in rooms that offered comfort, class and incredible history that these rooms provided. The walls carried original stones to prove you the history!! Amazing! This history blends well with WiFI throughout, high quality supplies to the room, and great facilities. The breakfast buffet was continental, including fresh fruits to home made pastries, which are freshly cooked every morning. Also, homemade organic marmelades were enhancing the quality of the buffet. The a la carte restaurant of the hotel carries Chaine Des Rotisseurs’ membership, which is kind of a michelin star application, and was first class. We enjoyed the great atmosphere, and the delicious dishes of the best chefs around the region. The grounds of the hotel are lovely... A nice pool, the trees around the hotel, the gardens, and the great corners of the hotel where you can chill out with your partner. This is a peaceful and relaxing place to spend time at. A day here is like two days elsewhere. You will remember it forever!

The quality of the food at the main restaurant was only exceeded by the extreme quality and attention of the staff. Location in old city is great but difficult to access. Reception staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Location is difficult to find in narrow streets. Not enough lounge chairs at the pool. Morning buffet ends at 10:00. Food and beverages are actually removed at 10:00. Be prepared to fill your plate and cups before 10:00.

The service and attention we received from the staff at Tuvana was again the best, by far, that we have experienced anywhere in the world. Each member of staff we encountered was greeted us by name, with a smile and kind words. The staff are very genuine and obviously share the hotel's commitment to impeccable, professional service, because the high standard was consistent throughout, including reception, lounge service, food preparation and housekeeping. Also, don’t miss Seraser Restaurant. Lovely!!! We felt like royalty.

If you want to stay somewhere incredibly romantic and historic where attention has been lavished on its restoration then this is the place for you. I think those posting negative comments don't quite 'get' this place and away from the boutique hotel mentality and would be better off staying at Standard factory style 5 star Hotels at the beach, without any individual service and attention. The building and surroundings really are stunning. Although we stayed in the cheapest room, the art of the restorator was obvious. It has wow factor, we were impressed with the the harmony. There wasn’t any detail, which was missed. The service is definitely worthy of a five star establishment, and the staff can not be sweeter and attentive. Don’t miss this unique experience! Unlike other reviewers I thought the swimming pool was fine – you shouldn’t expect something like an olympic pool. Also, you enjoy the every moment by the pool, with the musics, apperantly attentively selected and the great cocktails.

Normally the photos on hotel websites are exaggerated, they weren’t this time. Surroundings are splendid. Very tastefully arranged gardens and a lot of trees make it a really nice place to look at and spend your time in. Another surprise was quality of service. Staff is professional, quick and skillful. I never had to wait for someone to be attended to. Everything was done fast and all my questions and doubts were clarified. Room was astonishing and not worth its prize. It’s worth a lot more. All equipments and furniture where perfectly clean so I felt as if I was the first person to ever be accommodated there. View from the window was just exactly what I would expect in a hotel of such high quality – pool surrounded with trees and beautiful gardens. I can easily say that Seraser Restaurant is one of the highest standard restaurants I have ever been to. Food has supplemented first impression – It was a real feast. Also hotel provides a lot of help in planning trips. That was a great week and I know a place there I want to return to. Thank You Tuvana Hotel

The location is great, and the hotel is clean but I DO NOT recommend this hotel at all. I realized that you can find clean and nice hotels in Antalya at a better price were they treat you well. Tuvana is too expensive given the way they treat you and the poor service they provide. Specially I do not recommend it for families with small kids since they do not have a proper crib for babies and the restaurant is not flexible at all if you ask for a meal or a glass of milk outside their dinner time at 7:30, they instead sent us to the expensive restaurant which is across the street. I as well do not recommend it to anybody else, read below some our experiences: Tuvana hotel is not what it was before, they live in their old reputation, I really felt like in a tourist trap. -Staff arrogant, disorganized and not helpful . Any time we asked a question we felt we were interrupting their valuable time. - They put a crib for our baby with no mattress and no clean blankets, when we ask for it, they brought a dirty broken sofa cushion that barely fit in the crib and one blanket. On top the person was clearly upset for our request. -Internet wireless didn’t work for most of the day, not helpful staff to resolve the issue. -They forgot the wake up call at 3:15 in the morning for us to got to the airport, and the receptionist denied that we asked for it, until we showed the notebook were they wrote our request the day before. -No lunch bags as they claim to give you when you leave to early to stay for breakfast: a bad wrapped and badly done sandwiches, whit not even a bag to carry them. I think they made them last minute because I asked for it before leaving. -A TERRIBLE THING: When we were leaving we complained about all the issues, until then they try to be nice, however when I asked for an invoice the person at the reception told me: " the computer does not work now, but if I send you the invoice you will not write anything bad about us? " That really upset me so much, they were conditioning the invoice, which is a right I have as a costumer.

Very central in the old town. Wonderful restaurant,if somewhat expensive. Just after New Year,so very quiet . Would expect the area would be very different in the summer. Nice room and good air on as quite cold at this time of year.

I liked the history of the hotel and of the area. I especially liked that Tuvana Hotel took the trouble to leave a written history of their hotel in the room. Room service was excellent, the restaurant top class for cuisine and also decor and service. Everywhere in the hotel wherever I looked there was something interesting and beautiful to look at....both inside and the grounds outside. I just loved it.

Wonderful old building made up of 4 separate houses situated in the old city with easy walking to sea etc. Free Car Parking. Fabulous restaurant. Excellent reception and restaurant staff and very comfortable beds. We only had a standard room and it was very small but maybe the superior rooms were bigger. There were no tea making things and not even a small bottle of water for the night. The bathroom was tiny and there was no shampoo, conditioner etc. The breakfast staff were miserable which was a shame after the restaurant and reception staff were so good.

The hotel is located very centrally in the Old Castle district, and is hidden in what is almost a private cobble-stoned walk of its own. Very charming, and a short walk to the harbour as well as the city center outside the Castle District. We found it easy to locate and the complimentary parking overnight was of great use. Having travelled extensively in Turkey, both in major cities and outside, we found the staff here to be rather impersonal. That is not to say that they weren't helpful, just that we had become used to much warmer and efficient assistance throughout Turkey.

Old world charm nestled descreetly in the heart of Antalya. Truly an example of a 'boutique' hotel. Great location from which to explore the old part of Antalya but very easy to reach the more modern highlights too. The breakfast was varied, beautifully presented and served in a lovely location - worth staying here for that part alone! Rooms were simply and tastefully decorated and the bathrooms were clean with plenty of hot water (not always the case in some hotels in Turkey) available day & night. Disappointing WiFi connection - kept fluctuating in strength which was frustrating.

Very good taste. Right in the old town, near the harbour and promenades. Muy buen gusto. En pleno casco viejo y cerca del puerto y paseos marítimos. Too close to noisy mosque. Ruido de la cercana mezquita.
