Hilfon Hotel  

Hotel is very clean, also the rooms are quite comfortable and looks brand new modern hotel, especially I really like a good mattress and bath room. Hilfon Hotel gave me everything what I needed. Easy to get at with public transport and close to most of attractions. Of particular note is the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Included breakfast, and was good.

The Hotel was very well situated in the Sultanamet neighbourhood only 5 minutes away from the Blue Mosque. We stayed in a beautiful room with an incredible terrace. The staff was very nice and I want to give special thanks to Eyup and to Zuhal who made our stay magic!

The only negative things that I could say is the fact that the roof terrace is closed during the winter months... But this isn't their fault! You must also know that the omelets offered at breakfast are charged to your bill.

Room is small but good price. Location is good. Close to Blue Mosque but a little bit far from city.

I leave hotel early in the morning. Hotel staff promised to prepare some tea, coffee and pantry for us but nothing when I leave hotel.

Great location! Friendly staff. Fantastic breakfast and good variety. Very clean and tastefully decorated hotel. Definitely would stay here if ever in Istanbul again and would certainly recommend it to our family and friends

Minimal complaints and ones that only affect us - had room on main floor and could hear a lot of chatter around the reception quite late in night both nights. Were offered a large bottle of water and told it was no charge. Also in the rooms there are two small ones in the fridge - but no written indication as to whether they are complimentary (as I'd thought) or like a 'mini bar' fridge where you pay. Upon check out we were charged for the small water in the fridge and the large bottle given to us 'at no charge'. We were also checking out early 45mins before b'fast started. We had arranged with the night reception to have available some cereal and bread the next morning. Was written down but possibly not verbally passed on to morning reception so we felt like we might have been an inconvenience asking again in the morning.

Good location, in five minutes far from Blue mosque, the room with aircondition and modern equipment and really worth the money. Pretty terrace on the top of hotel with beautiful marine view

Unfortunately, there are no fresh fruits on the breakfast, and floor carpets in the rooms a little dirty

I would like to say that Hilfon Hotel is a charming small Hotel, with very nice decoration, beautiful design, modern : rooms, lobby, breakfast, terrasse. Very cleaned. Very secured too. Very good Location in Sultanhamet area. I would like to thank specially Billal, and all the Staff, for making our stay the most pleasant possible with my boyfriend Atilla, and They gave us an upgrade free in the Suite, I was very happy, it was a beautiful Suite, with a very nice small Terrasse. Thank you again To Hilfon Hotel. It was a beautiful stay, I will come back.

Stuff was very kind and friendly.the hotel is in quiet aria but close to city attractions .

Hotel is in a quiet area, but close to the old city attractions and the tram stop. Rooms are big enough for the Istanbul standards. Common but tasty breakfast. Very helpful staff,especially Mr. Serkan. I will reccomend this hotel.

We enjoyed the comfortable bed and clean room. Hotel was just a few steps from the Topkapi Palace and old Istanbul, the museum area was in walking distance. The facilities were very good and we enjoyed our stay.

Расположение отеля, находится в тихом районе СултанАхмета, не далеко от достопримечательностей, остановки трамвая, Гранд Базара. Очень хорошие уютные номера, все комфортно, чисто.

Oteldeki personelin ilgi ve alakasi mukemmeldi. Lokasyon Sultanahmet meydanina cok yakin bir konumda. Odalar temiz ve kahvaltisi guzel. Tavsiye ederim.

Отель удачно расположен в самом центре и в то же время тихое место - из аэропорта очень просто добраться метро + троамвай ( отель пришлет дорожную информацию ) и есть трансфер , до Топкапы 5 минут пешком .Удачное дизайнерское решение, свежий ремонт , все новое .Очень мягкая и удобная кровать. Прекрасный завтрак . Приветливый персонал.Я много раз останавливалась в центре , но этот отель по расположению , цене и качеству превзошел все ! Очень рекомендую ! И сама приеду с удовольствием.
