Very convenient location in SultanAhmet, staff is friendly They need to invest in some basic facilities, the lock to my bathroom door jammed, it was broken and I was stuck inside, had to force the door after 15 minutes of struggle ! |

the lobby and dining were very pretty - very turkish kitsch. staff were also very friendly and humorous. for this price range, i felt the rooms were a bit too budget - bathroom was tiny and old, though clean. i think it would be possible to find better options for the same price. |

The warmth of the staff made up for the facilities that were lacking. An overall amazing experience thanks to the hospitality of the Hotel Staff No Dinner. |

It's a small and quiet place, still close to Sultanahmet Sqr. and tram stop, so it is really accessible. It provides the basic accommodation at rather fair value to service terms. Special thanks to Fetah, who is always willing to provide help and info, along with an honest smile and good word! Massallah, the other receptionist may be a poor electrician, but still he's the best DJ in town! The breakfast is rather poor, the lobby is rather dark, but above average overall! |

The breakfast was good, room quite nice. The room floor not quite clean (but I think they were doing building work in the hotel at the time) |

The room was nicely decorated and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was fair. Freindly staff. Good for the price. The internet was not always working. The location was close to major sites but difficult to find and at the bottom of a huge hill. |

Room was tiny and poor quality unlike what we saw at the photos. Smell of cigarette was very disturbing. |

The hospitality of the staff, the clean rooms and the facilities. The thin walls, and you can hear everything from other rooms. |

The service...every body in turkey has a very high sense of service and this hotel is not the exception. Specially Fetah, the guy of the night turn was unbelievably usefull and friendly, with tips about where to go and how to avoid the turistic shops and go for the real bargains. As for the hotel, we had previously booked in a 4 stars hotel and the only diference is the view of the terrace. The breakfast are the weak point of this hotel. Too repetitive and poorly varieted. |

Clean rooms, friendly staff, pretty good location. Paper-thin walls, one can hear the neighbours' conversations. Bar was closed during my stay. |
