Oteli tercih etmemizdeki en önemli sebep merkezi konumu ve fiyatı idi. Kaldığımız odanın banyosu ,kapıları,eşyaları çok eski ve bakımsız idi.

Sınav dolayısıyla Ankarada kaldık .Odamız çok temizdi, mini bar çok çeşitliydi.Sabah kahvaltısı gayet zengin ve başarılıydı.Otel çalışanları güleryüzlü ve anlayışlı.sabah erken varmamıza rağmen bize oda açıp kahvaltıya davet ettiler.otelin konumu çok güzel öğretmen evine, metroya yakın.Her zaman uğrayabileceğim ve tavsiye edeceğim bir otel.teşekkürler

Özellikle Otel çalışanlarının ilgisi çok güzeldi, kendilerine teşekkür ediyorum. Otel sessiz ve rahattı. Odada temizlik biraz dikkatsiz yapılmıştı ve elektrik tesisatında çalışmayanlar vardı, oda ısınmasıda yeterli değildi.

アンカラ駅に近いメイン通りに面していないので静か。 風呂に入ろうとしたが、バスタブの栓が閉まらず。電話して状況を伝えたが、対応が無いので、フロントに行き- 伝えると、しばらくして従業員が来て、閉まらないことを確認し出て行ったまま対応なし。叉、フロントに電話- したら、フレンドが対応しているとの事、待っていたが連絡が無いので、フロントに行くと、明日直すとの事。- 明日の朝チェックアウトするので困るといったら部屋を変更するとの事、１０－２０分必要との事、３０分待っ- ても連絡が無いので、フロントに電話。叉１０－２０分必要と言うので、「too late」 寝たいので部屋の変更は良いと伝えて電話を切った。寝ていたら部屋を交換するという電話があり、to late と言うと 「too late」 が理解できないとの事。交換は必要ないと伝え電話を切った。１０分後にドアーがノックされ出ると、部屋が準- 備できたので、変わるようにとの事。寝たいから変更しなくて良いと伝えたが中々納得しなかったが、とにかく- 帰って貰った。また、しばらくして、叉ノックされたので、出ると年配者が来ていた。同じ会話をしたが、今回- は直ぐに納得したようで、直ぐに帰った。 翌朝、待っていたセロテープとビニールで栓をして水を溜めると床に水漏れした。さらにジャグジーも作動せず- 。叉、トイレの水を流すバルブも作動せず、ふたを開けて手で流した。朝、設備、対応とも悪いのでクレームを- 付けたが、英語がr理解出来ないとの事、英語のできる人に代わるように伝えたが、英語ができる人はいない。- ではボスを呼ぶように言うと呼べないとの事。クレームを出すということを伝えても反応なし。こんな対応が悪- いホテルは初めてです。

Personel mutlu ve güleryüzlü,müşteri diaylogları olumlu..otelin konumu elverişli,Ankranın dış ulaşım bağlantılaına (TCDD,Havaş)çok yakın Odadaki bazı eşyaların durumu yetersiz..yerdeki halı eski ve tozlu gözüküyor;yatak örtüsü eski ve yıpranmış;banyodaki duş askısı bozuk,yerinden düşüyor ...oda temiz olsa dahi yukarıdaki olaylar odayı kirli göstermeye yeter..

Nasıl bir otel olduğu konusunda tereddütüm vardı. Otele ilk girişte bu tereddüt gitti. sabahın saat 6 sında eşimi havaalanından alıp geldiğimde kapıda 4 tane polis görünce şok oldum. Sebebini de merak etmeden geçtim odama.
