We were upgraded at no extra cost. The Hotel was in a very quiet street, close to main railway station and underground links. Staff were welcoming. |

The cleanliness of the room was good. The reception guy let me to have breakfast free of extra charge on the day of my arrival on 8:30 a.m. although my reservation was begun from 12:00 O'clock. Wireless internet was acceptable quality in the room as well as lobby. The location! although on the map it was only less than 3 km quitely far from city center, central metro and bus station but it was taking 2 rides including one metro plus one bus riding to go to American Embassy in city center. The location was also compeletly in a private/urban area surounded by apartments and not business or tourist's area. Poor knowledge of Englsih communication by receptionists which seems not to be a surprise in Turkey! Fortunately the well dressed hotel manager lady knew English and was helpfull. |

The breakfast was in a pleasant ambiance and with a large variaty of choises. The lobby was elegant, the room was large and comfortable.!~ The stuff did not know that the hotel is situated at 5 minutes walking to Atatturk Mausoleum (the most important turistic objectiv from Ankara) ?!? It was difficult for the stuff to provide us the city map ?!? |

the room is very clean and pretty. staffs are not friendly. 2doors are broken in a room.there isn't have a bath tub.just shower.Check out time is 12.00. it's not 13.00. |
