Super friendly staff. Fantastic 'Old Town' location. Big rooms. Nice breakfast.

Good location in the old town, near many shops and restaurant. Beach can be reached by public transportation or taxi. Helpful and friendly staff. Small pool. Some rooms are noisy because of street traffic.

Great pool and excellent service. Hotel situated in the old town so great for markets and visiting the old city

Definitely the evening staff made us feel very relaxed, a big plus for our first time in town!

When I read the older reviews I do wonder if I stayed in the same hotel. Without a doubt the Urcu has charm and is converted from an old Ottoman mansion. My room was spacious,clean, over looked the pool and was surprisingly quiet at night. The location is great and the staff really friendly and helpful. As one of the other guests said "This is a nice hotel but there are many things wrong with it". If you have seen the movie The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel, then this is the Turkish version. The pool is great and unusual in the old town and a real haven on a hot afternoon.

It is the detail that lets this hotel down. Shabby is a bit harsh, but an accurate description. The fridge didn't work, the shower had either scalding hot water or lukewarm water (the weather was hot so it didn't matter). The furniture had seen better days and the architrave in the bathroom was coming away from the wall. The garden needed weeding, the umbrellas faded and from what I could tell the bottles behind the bar were mostly empty and I never saw anyone drinking there. If these sorts of details don't bother you then this is the hotel for you.

the location is good and you can reach to old city center by 3minute walking and stuff was frindly and helpfull as far as they could

the equipment which are installed on room like tv, air condition ,furniture..are old and the room didn't have refrigerator

From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome by all the helpful staff, our rooms were plain but spacious and clean, the staff arranged day trips and provided a wealth of information to make our stay more enjoyable. Cannot recommend too highly, will return but during a coolers season. Granddaughter spent many happy hours in the large and well maintained pool. Thank you Urcu

The Urcu is in an ideal location for viewing Antalya. The streets were very well lit at night. We found the hotel staff to be extremely helpful and we were always given accurate information and directions. Although we booked a standard room we were offered an upgrade free of charge, but we were happy with our original choice of room. Very close by, there are two Turkish Hammams to choose from. All the shops, trams, buses, marina and all the places of interest are just a few minutes walk away. Excellent location and mini break in a Hotel we would recommend and re visit again.

Sans hésitation, l' accueil et le sens du service et de l'hospitalité dans cette petite pension où on s'y sens comme à la maison. M. Touran, le maître des lieux est super. Il est disponible et serviable . Toujours prêt à nous aider et nous conseiller à Antalya. Je recommande vivement cet établissement.

청소를 매일 해주지않았고 심지어 수건까지도 고객이 직접들고가서 바꿔달라해야했음 그리고 욕실에는 따뜻한 온수 조차 제대로 나오지않았고 냉수는아예 사용도 못하게 잠궈놓았음 목욕조에 배수 또한 물이 잘빠지지 않았음 시설이 너무 낙후되어 불편함 아무리 비수기라지만 그럴거면 소님을 받지말던지...

Приветливый персонал со знанием английского, приятный ресепшн. Уютный, но при этом просторный номер, хороший интерьер. Удобное расположение отеля. Вкусный завтрак - традиционный турецкий (йогурт, джемы, несколько видов сыра, фрукты-овощи, вареное яичко, чай-кофе).

Слабоватый напор в душе, но искупаться все же получилось :)

Beliggenhet,atmosfære,personal.vi koser oss midt I gamlebyen I Antalya,Har vært der før å kommer gjerne tilbake.

Das Hotel war sehr gut in der Altstadt von Antalya gelegen. Alles war gut zu erreichen. Das Personal war sehr nett und absolut bemüht. Ein Angestellter "Turan" war sehr darum bemüht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Unser Gepäck war nicht angekommen und wurde mitten in der Nacht nachgeliefert, welches von ihm angenommen wurde und so am nächsten Morgen an uns übergeben wurde. Es gab nichts, was nicht möglich war. Außerdem bietet er professionelle Massagen an, die sehr zu empfehlen sind. Auf der Rückreise haben wir uns wieder für eine Nacht dort einquartiert und sind dann nach einem wunderbaren Frühstück zufrieden nach Hause geflogen.

Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame nachtportier. Onze onze douche deed het niet goed, toen probeerde hij het te maken, maar het lukte niet en toen kregen we gelijk een andere kamer. Kamers zijn erg groot, twee persoons kamers zit een soort zithoek in, waar makkelijk nog een extra bed in kan.

Douche geeft niet al te veel water, maar is verder prima.

Destacable el personal, que no ponen inconveniente en ayudarte en todo lo posible.

Quizá es demasiado antiguo, se ven alfombras descoloridas, en la cama se notan los muelles, y el baño es muy básico. La localización es buena aunque hay infinidad de hoteles con buena pinta por los alrededores.

l'accueil du personnel. La piscine car il fait très chaud à Antalya et grâce à la piscine on peut se rafraichir. Le petit déjeuner le matin est très bien. surtout bien prendre les chambres climatisées en été.

la chambre est un peu "viellote" comme l'hotel : simple vitrage, mobilier ancien..

Solo il personale che ha cercato di salvare una situazione di grande disagio!!!

Tutto!!! La struttura è brutta vecchia e obsoleta non confortevole e poco pulita. La prima stanza aveva il bagno sporco. Ci hanno cambiato due stanze perchè non funzionava l'aria condizionata e alla fine, a notte inoltrata, ce ne hanno data un'ultima, perchè non potevamo cambiare hotel a quell'ora tarda con due bambini (altrimenti lo avremmo fatto), che aveva della pasta cruda sotto il lenzuolo ed era attaccata alla reception !!!!!! Terribile.

Turan (le manager) et tous le personnel de cet hôtel sont exceptionnels! Sincèrement ils sont tous à la fois discrets, disponibles et attentionnés. C'est vraiment très agréable de séjourner dans cet hôtel. Vous vous sentez comme chez vous et mieux encore. Bravo à eux, dans un cadre superbe cette étape contribue à la réussite de nos vacances, de notre repos. Milles Mercis à cette équipe. N'hésitez pas à choisir cette hôtel ce fut pour nous une magnifique parenthèse sur Antalya. Merci. Merci. Merci.

La chambre était très spacieuse, la salle de bain également, le personnel absolument charmant et à l'écoute du moindre problème. Le petit déjeuner buffet se prend dans le jardin, à l'ombre des citronniers. Situation géographique dans la vieille ville d'Antalya parfaite. La piscine en plus, non négligeable vu les températures en été. Vraiment très bien.

Nous avons séjourné une semaine à Urcu Hotel et nous avons été comblées. L'hôtel est simple mais tout à fait confortable, c'est un petit paradis au centre de la vieille de ville Kaleiçi, pour un prix tout à fait abordable. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce lieu, nous sentant comme à la maison grâce à l'accueil et l'attention du personnel et de Turan que nous remercions encore. Cet hôtel avec la piscine est un petit bijou, avec son jardin et il est très bien situé dans un quartier calme, typique et proche des lieux intéressants de la ville. Nous ne pouvons que le recommander et certainement nous y retournerons!! C'était une semaine de Bonheur!

большие комнаты, приветливый персонал, работает вай-фай.

во время пребывания отключали ночью электричество, т.о. не работал и кондиционер, что в условиях июля в анталии невыносимо. в номере периодически находили огромных тараканов, при том почти мертвых. месторасположение отеля не для отдыха на пляже (находится в старом городе). пляж мармари никуда не годится, хоть и платный. горячая вода только от солнечного нагревателя на крыше, поэтому ночью ее просто нет.
