-the location is really near the metro! (1 min walk!) -the hotel stuff is friendly and eager to help and service, we REALLY APPRECIATE it!! they even drive us to the bus station! Please keep doing this standard! :)
-Wifi is not stable and strong -the water from the shower is too hot/cold, it's hard to find the balance -TV is not working
Breakfast was exelent and served on the roof-terrasse Staff was great and helpfull with good English skills Good common facilities You feel like at home
Too many crows on the roof The comfort in the room was not so high
The staff were very friendly.
Location very close to the train station. Many restaurants nearby and walking distance to bus station. Staffs are all friendly and helpful. Even when the room was not included electric kettle, they're willing to lend us one. Breakfast was also delicious and vary.
The room quite small especially the bed and the bathroom. Stayed for 2 nights but they didn't clean our room at all because they just found out that the spare key was accidentally taken by the previous guest. Stairs, stairs and stairs.
Hotel staff were amazing!! You can easily see that they are trying their best to help you and offer you a feel like home! Location is also very good! Walkable to supermarket, restaurants, train station and bus station!
Facilities were not that satisfying, especially the bathroom... :(
1.Well appointed clean and comfortable rooms. 2.Upon arrival we were presented with a local map and a laminated card with most info a tourist needs, including car renting options. 3. Staff were professional, friendly and provided all needed information for us to decide choosing our tour and modality 4. Plenty of eating options around. 5. Pammukalae is about 2.5 hours but the roads make the journey very comfortable, while Ephesus and House of Virgin Mary are less than 10 minutes 6. Access to train station, less than 2 mins walk and connects to Izmir airport in an hour, frequency isn't good though.
The Bathroom in our room didn't have window ventilation although it had an exhaust The ensuite bath door, was translucent with clear views of the lavatory :)
Tyfun was a great host !! location helpful
room size bit noisy with adjacent construction
- 3 mins walk from train station - centralised location - delicious breakfast - breakfast at rooftop terrace with amazing view of Selcuk - friendly staff
- tiny bathroom - 2 single bed place side by side to make a double - low-tech security - no hairdryer - only one small bottle of shampoo and shower gel provided - wifi only for the level you staying at - box tv and place on wall, slightly uncomfortable - no lift
We landed at Izmir at 00.20, one of the staff members were there to pick us up at that time. Despite the late hour we were welcomed and hassle free check-in. Unlike some places there was no request or demand for upfront payment. On the second day I sprained my ankle badly, the manager Cuneyt and his staff went out of their way to get ice & treatment for my ankle, even providing a crutch! Tours which were organised through the hotel were absolute value for money, once again you could if you so choose, opt to pay for the tours at check-out. Hassle free stay, excellent staff & Management. I would recommend this place anytime.
I liked everything! They helped me when I got hurt, even though they could've done the bare minimum, they chose to go the extra mile. Therefore I won't complain about minor issues, rather take it in my stride.
Very close to train station, shops and nice restaurant. Staffs very nice, kind, helpful, strong (to help us and other guest to carry bags to our room). Oki (young staff) recommend very good restaurant for us. View from our room is very nice. Good decoration.
Toilet is quite small
Close to and easy to find from the train station. The family were lovely, they were happy to offer advice and had good local knowledge. The breakfast was great, the yoghurt was the best we've had in Turkey (we've had a lot). The hosts were a fun, welcoming family catering for young and old. They went out of their way to walk us to recommended local restaurants. The room was a decent size and the bathroom was clean. Great view of the castle from our balcony and the breakfast terrace.
Double room we had was two single beds that we pushed together (finding some rubbish from previous guests under the bed).
Location. Cleanliness. Very cheerful, helpful and cooperative staff/owners.
Room and bathroom sizes were quite small. Bizarre bathroom with a glass door in the room that I stayed in!
It is really a nice hotel with a good service and good hotel manager. Wonderful location. Highly recommend
Staff are perfect!! Helpful and kind. We got warm welcoming from them. Location is brilliant! Room was cozy and nice. Deffinitely going back again.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you Jimmy (Cem) and your brothers for an excellent time. We would certainly stay with you again if we are ever back in Selçuk. A lovely little town!
A little hard to find - just off the main street, but in a pedestrian zone, and our GPS didn't properly route us there. But we just walked a half block or so to the hotel, and they advised on driving directions and parking.
location, reception,NIce service especially called "Typhoon" who can say some Chinese. But It's a pity that I lost myin the room.
my friend and me confirmed the lost- cloth down jacket(the north face ) in hlotel after check out, call boss for check again, give a reply NO simply.this is the worst experience in my whole trip in Turkey. It's quite strange and make me rather unhappy.
Friendly and helpful staff Affordable laundry service Great Turkish breakfast with changing daily options Close to train and bus stations Quiet
There is no elevator/lift - we stayed on the third floor and didn't mind, but elderly or less able-bodied travelers might want to ask for a room on the first floor
The hotel has an extremely friendly, hospitable, English-speaking staff andan excellent location in the center of Selcuk just a three-minute walk from the train station. Laundry service is available, as are tours to nearby sights. Rooms are basic, but clean, bright, and comfortable. Highly recommended!
The hotel is located in Selcuk's main pedestrian zone, with restaurants near the front and back of the hotel. This is obviously convenient, but light sleepers wanting to leave the windows open may wish to consider earplugs, at least on weekend nights.
The hotel is in the best location, right around all the cafes and restaurants. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful as well as dropped us to where Atlas Jet/Onur Air have their scheduled airport pickup which we highly appreciate. They served us lovely Turkish tea complimentary while awaiting their car. Dolmas to Ephesus is hardly 250 metres away at the bus station. All in all great for a visit to Ephesus.
Bathrooms are tiny but we didn't seem to mind as it was very clean. Everything else was perfect.
Kindness of the staff, best breakfast I had in Turkey
the staff was very helpful and kind!
staff is quite helpful，location is perfect，near the railway station and aqueduct
Vy good location. Near train station n walking distance to otogar Rooftop breakfast, hv a great view
The hotel staff picked us up at the central bus station, which is c. 10 walking from the hotel. It located very close to the train station ( c. 50m).
Very small bath room
