Usta Park Hotel  

the location was excellent, in the middle of the shops and resturants every was so close, and the park was so close.

the rooms are very small, and expensive

Hotel staff don't have any awareness in hospitality Ac was hot Small room

Ac was not working and when we asked the reception to change the room instead of giving us better room ther gave us the most worse room in the hotel and they told us u can leave to any other hotel if u want...staff don't have any idea how to treat tourist and how to welcome them

The Hotel is next to the main square of the city. Staff were very nice, breakfast was good. There is a Majid next to the Hotel for prayer and you can hear the Athan clearly. Lobby was good. And the room was very clean

I reserved a double room, but the size of room was very small for double room. Also I had a baby with me and after they provided the baby's bed, the space became even smaller and I had to move stuff around to make some space and unfortunetly no suites were available

The only thing any guest may like is the Location of the hotel which is situated in the city center and nearby all kind of shops and stores and resturant

1- The furniture is too old and need to be replaced 2- The Wi Fi is so poor in the rooms 3- The reception is too hot 4- The vault in the rooms is too old it look its from the stone age

Near the main central park and cafe's. Comfy firm bed, good breakfast with sea view. Helpful staff

A/C unit leaked water and ceiling was moldy around it. Bit pricey for the price/performance ratio.

Hotel situated in the city center, room with view to the Black Sea ( what is much in such an ugly town to which no tourist seems to get lost), good bed and bathroom

They promised us a suite, a sofa and a balcony, nothing of them exists; the room needs an update;Restaurant in the upper floor with beautiful view to the Sea, but poor dinner (buffet) for too much money, no wine, no beer, no corkscrewer (so that we had to leave a good bottle of wine we had brought from Georgia in the hotel when we checked out with cabin baggage); is this a moslem hotel??; Bad relation between price and efforts; booking.com should control the self-description of the hotel!!

Fair hotel

Selected this hotel for an overnight stay whilst travelling the black sea coast. Good location great modern pedestrian malls and streets near hotel with many restaurants and shopping. Large bathroom and good breakfast. This hotel met our needs for one night but room very small for a longer period.

Size of room. But bathroom large.

Location was perfect near the beach and Meydan city center,clean,price is good ,helpfull stuff, nothing bad to say about this hotel wrt the price, we really enjoyed our stay there and if i visited trabzon i will choose this hotel again.

The internet connection in poor

Resepsiyon çalışanları oldukça kabalardı. Söylediğimiz her şeyi farklı anlayıp idiacı tutumlarıyla bizi gerçekten yordular. Booking üzerinden rezervasyon yaptırdığımız için ters tepki almıştık sanırım. Yaklaşık yılda 5-7 kez seyahat ederim booking rezervasyonumla ilk defa böyle bir durumla karşılaştım. Otelin yıldız sayısı ile personelleri arasında uçurum var.

الفندق قديم ومتهالك الماء في دورة المياة غير نظيف

Konumu çok iyi, tam şehir meydanında.

Odayı ayırtırken sigaralı/sız ayırımı yoktu. Seçtiğimiz odaya sigara kokusu sinmişti, neyse ki sigarasız kat olan 2.katta bir odaya geçebildik. Ancak o kat da sigarasız olduğu halde otelden ayrılırken bir odanın önünden geçiyorduk ve inanılmaz sigara kokusu aldık. Muhtemelen o anda odanın içinde sigara içen biri vardı. Gerçi bu müşteriden kaynaklanan bir durum ama İstanbul otellerinde bunun önüne geçilebildiğine göre burada da otelin sorumluluğunu tamamen yok saymak yanlış olur. Temizlik için "orta" deme sebebim de bu, aslında oda temiz ama sigara faktörünü de hesaba katarak "kötü" demem gerekirdi, arada bıraktım.

بعض طاقم الفندق لا يحسن التعامل مع النزيل وهناك ضعف في اللغة الانجليزية عدم نظافة الفندق ( الغرفة قذرة جدا ) و الغريب أن الحمام يعد انظف من الغرفة . البطء في التعامل مع طلبات النزيل لا يوجد مواقف خاصة بالفندق . السعر جدا مرتفع مقابل جودة الخدمات المقدمة هناك صور سوف ارسلها قريبا الى ادارة بوكينج .

موقع الفندق ممتاز جداً يطل الفندق على ساحة البلدية أو ساحة أتاتورك المركزية بالمدينة والتي تعج بالحياة ليلاً ونهاراً . يوجد بالقرب من الفندق العديد من المطاعم و المقاهي ومكاتب السياحة التي تنظم رحلات الى خارج المدينة مثل اوزانجول و زيقانا و صوميلا وبشكل يومي تقريباً . طاقم الفندق يتحدث الانجليزية .

مياة الصنبور مليئة بالكلور في جميع غرف الفندق تحجز سويت تتفاجا بانة اصبح غرفة صغيرة ايضا تم الزيادة في مبلغ الحجز بعد ان اكد الحجز في حالة الانتباة الي هذة الملاحظات لامانع من السكن فية

في منتصف السوق ، تعامل الموظفين.

الغرف ضيقة وكتومة والتكييف سيء. وصف القندق متعب.
