This hotel was wonderful - the breakfast was great, the staff was friendly, the room was nice and clean and the location couldn't be beat! I would recommend this hotel to anyone. |

It was in a fantastic location for the main attractions, the roof terrace had stunning views. The hotel was modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The receptionist was very unfriendly when we checked out, she didn't even ask how our stay was which I have never experienced before. My credit card transaction did not work properly the first time I tried to pay, and she got annoyed when I asked her for a receipt as proof I hadn't been charged twice. |

I liked beautiful view from the top of the hotel and living "beside history".I liked tasty breafasts. I didn,t like empty and "sleeping "bar at evening. |

The location is perfect - very close to Blue Mosque. The building is in a very good condition. Lobby looks particularly nice. Standard rooms (not deluxe rooms) are definitely overpriced vs. other Istanbul hotels in this area. They are tiny and often furnished with single beds (too narrow). I have stayed at much more spacious standard rooms in other hotels in Sultanahmet area. |

The Hotel was ideally located in the Old Town of Istanbul. No transfer from Sabiha Gocen to the Hotel even though I had telephoned in advance to make the arrangements. |

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. Wonderful roof terrace for breakfast. Room overlooking the street was a little noisy. More (and better) fresh fruit at breakfast would have been nice. |

though it was explained due to the small room, we still needed ice bucket or fridge in the room in the cold weather the room was too hot, that we have to turned off the heat and left our window open day & night. |

The position was absolutely excellent, the quartier was safe even coming back late in night, tha staff was absolutely kind and the room was really comfortable. |

Bed was comfortable. Location was fantastic for siteseeing. Net didnt work as per bell boy suggestion, took another wireless net that was open.. The room was called a 'small deluxe'. I'd cringe to see the 'small standard' room. It was bitesize, and just enough room for me and my luggage. But it was comfy |

I loved the hotel. Fabulous location near Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque ( and a lot of the other important sites), charming room, nicely appointed, good breakfast (with both turkish and western components) and all done very efficiently. Easy to organise complimentary pickup from airport by email and also return (used a shuttle service from around the corner...chaotic, but got us there on time) |

helpful - english speaking personel, cleaning of rooms, great location breakfast, the small double room is too small and dark so they should charge a much lower price. The other standart rooms are nice. |

The location can not be beat. The decor had old world charm wihtout being heavy or fussy. The breakfast was very good, although the coffee is weak, althoughg they have instant coffee there for you to fortify theirs. It was quiet. The staff was stiff and unfriendly for the first few days. The price was high.Being an American in Turkey we found it irritating to have to pay in Euros, because of this fact at all of our Hotels in Turkey, except one in Canakkale, it added a good 20 percent ot our budget. Pretty soon they are going to price themselves out of the American and other currancies such as the Scandanavian budgets. |

The location is excellent. You should mention that it is across from Four Season Hotel. Standard room was very small. No room to put suitcases. Bathroom didn't have place to put toiletries. No wastebasket in dormitory, only in bathroom. |

Great location, great area, nice staff. On arrival to the hotel we were told that inspite of the reservation (made for 3 nights) there is no room for us for the 1st night. We were taken to another hotel for the 1st night. The other hotel was nearby and at the same level. I did not like the fact our reservation was not fully respected, even thought the solution offered was good enogh. |

L'hotel est tres bien situe, dans une rue tres calme et agreable. L'atmosphere de l'hotel est 'cosy', avec un souci du detail dans la decoration. La vue de la terrasse est superbe. Le personnel a ete tres aimable et tres accueillant. J'aurais aime trouver une bouteille d'eau minerale et une boite de mouchoirs. |
