Excelent location - in the very center of Istanbul. And for good money.

Itnwas not worth the money. Not clean, overprice, not enough old world charm.

Location amazing down a small street near Blue Mosque and Haifa Sophia. (Heard calls to prayer regularly). Very convenient especially when touring the tourist area of Istanbul. Small and personal. All staff are terrific. Stayed in a twin bedded room. Sheets were crisp and fresh. Free internet. Basic breakfast included. Even enjoyed the chatty birds outside my window every morning.

It was a great experience to stay at the hotel. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good. The major attractions were like within 5 min. Walk. You can actually see the Aya Sofia and Blue Mosque from the roof top of the hotel. I visited in December and rain was one of the problem but due to attraction and tram station so close I able to see all places.

I booked the "small double room" through booking.com and when I contacted the hotel couple of days before my trip for airport pickup they informed that I have to upgrade my room to "standard room" as the smaller room cannot accomodate the two children (7 month and 3 years old). Therefore, I have to pay extra Euro 20 per night, which was more than I could have booked online but thanks to Hotel, the room I booked was small and we might be uncomfortable. The airport drop off rate of hotel Euro 30 was too much, I able to book a bus in tl 20/person from outside.

Friendly, competent, responsive staff. High quality service, good breakfast, excellent location relative to landmarks. Pleasant interior.

We stayed with my husband for 2 nights. We 1st booked delux room but on arrival were upgraded to blue mosque corner room, which was really nice. The breakfast was on the same floor and could be taken on a small veranda on the roof. The view is gorgeous! Bosphorus and Blue Mosque - very near. That was very romantic. :) The staff is great and helpful. And I know what I am talking about - as I travel rather often to different European countries. The hospitality here is the best! And - good wi fi Internet - this is really important for us. And- the place is quiet, the calling for the prayers did not disturb at all. They add local coloring to your stay.

Everything was nice. Though I would like my room to be darker at night - the thick curtains to cover all windows would be helpful. Also tea/coffee set would be nice in room.

Localisation très proche des lieux historiques majeurs ( topkapi / aya sofia / mosquee bleue) -Charme - Accueil- Petit dej buffet très complet- Bon rapport qualité / prix - Assez proche tramway pour l'aéroport.

Läget var perfekt. Mycket centralt, men ändå lugnt. Trevlig och hjälpsam personal.Rummet uppgraderades utan extra kostnad. Fantastisk vy från terassen över Blå Moskén, HagaSofia och havet.

All'arrivo non sono venuti a prelevarci all'aeroporto come concordato. La posizione dell'hotel è ottima, nel pieno centro storico e questo è il maggior pregio. La colazione al mattino è nella norma, anche se niente di eccezionale.

La segretaria alla reception è poco comunicativa e molto sbrigativa, per niente gentile, a differenza del rimanente personale. La stanza era piccolissima e il minuscolo armadio conteneva pochi abiti: tanto che non abbiamo potuto disfare I bagagli. L'hotel sicuramente non è un quattro stelle come classificato e per 108 euro al giorno, nella zona, si può trovare di meglio. In conclusione, se tornerò a Istanbul cercherò un altro hotel.
