From my arrival , late at night , I was made to feel very welcome . Ali the receptionist is particularly friendly and eager to help . The charming lady owner
runs a tight ship and the hotel is spotlessly clean , as is the open-plan kitchen , no secrets in the catering at all. Usual Turkish breakfast , but of a high standard , open buffet and no limit on portions . The fixed price evening meal is of an equally high standard .. approximately £5.. GBP . and excellent value . This hotel is situated on a very quiet street , about 200 metres from the quiet end of the Calis Beach Promenade , the dolmus from Fetehye stops at the end of th street and you have to walk a whopping 100 metres to the hotel ! . There are 3 or 4 little 7-11 's nearby , selling booze , cigs and basic food supplies. I was especially pleased that I was able to sleep without an all night chorus of barking dogs , the norm in Turkey , this hotel is quiet . To sum up , agood little hotel , in a quiet street , room prices good , food good and great staff .... what are you waiting for ? . This is a genuine review , I have no connection with the hotel , financial , familial or business , I like it !
The pool water is too cold for me , so I swam in the bay , 200 metres from hotel door . I personally always ask for a room as far away from the pool as possible . There's constant music from breakfast time until 10 or 11 at night , at the pool . The music is mainly 60's and 70's American . If you're into The Eagles Jackson Brown etc. , book a poolside room . These observations are for your info , I wasn't upset by anything , really .
