Since my first visit there few months ago i noticed few small shortcomings like in my room in bathroom glass for toothbrush and toothpaste was provided while in my mom's bathroom -no (we stayed in 2 different rooms). In my mom's room it was small mat placed on the floor in front of the bathroom, while in my room - no (was placed later without even asking from my side). Some small things like those mentioned above. They do not really spoil your holiday at all (unless you are ready to pay all your attention at them).
The only thing i would like to mention that my mom did not like (for me it was ok) - breakfast was a bit poor, could be added few more items perhaps. However you can find cheese, sausage, amazingly fresh bread, something from fruits and vegetables, eggs, jam, butter, pastry, tea and coffee (if i am not mistaken - no juice). For people who really need "strong" breakfast - may be not enough. For people who eat not much (like me) - ok at least for few days.
The atmosphere of the hotel is very warm, you feel really welcomed there, people working there is always ready to assist. I would like to thank all of them especially Murat, Ali, Jeilan (sorry for wrong spelling of names), lady-owner of the hotel.
My mom and I liked the pool area very much, pool is surrounded by trees, flowers and grass - you feel like you are in the garden. Pool is clean.
I find the location of this hotel very good: its close to Chalish beach with promenade with plenty of good restaurants (few min walking distance), in a quiet area (not noisy), and very close to the road where you can get a public transport (microbus) for going to the city centre. There are many small markets nearby where you can buy water or anything to eat.
I would recommend this hotel to people who like small cozy quiet places for relaxation and are ready to ignore some small shortcomings.
