We enjoyed our stay. It was very much like a bed and breakfast opposed to a large fancy hotel. Having smaller children it was nice, the staff didn't mind when the kids ran around and played. Some people say the location isn't good, but it is very convienient to everything. There was an issue with the power going out on one morning. The staff did a good job of fixing it, but it was a problem. |

Helpful staff Poor infrastructure. Not every room has windows, and the heating is not sufficient. We had to change 3 rooms during our stay (first without window, second without hot water, the third was a bit cold but I was sick of arguing). |

The staff were pleasant and helpful, the hotel was basic buy comfortable and clean with a substantial Turkish breakfast included. There was very little street or traffic noise. The staff could do with wearing soft soled shoes and speaking quietly when they do their rounds as they were quite noisey along the tiled corridors and stairs. |

It was dırty, the bedroom door mysterıously opened ın the mıddle of the nıght despıte us lockıng ıt and the breakfast dıshes were fılthy. It was the most expensıve place we stayed at ın Turkey and was by far the worst. |

It is located at the other end of the bazaar street full of small eateries, fruit stalls, hammams, and other kinds of shops. Interesting atmosphere. Wireless internet is available in the room. The TV system does not work very well. |

It's clean and good value for money. I did not liked the location and the general aspect of the decorations: total kitsch. But this is traditional to Turkish cheap hotels. |

The best thing was the convenient location near the Agora. The hotel was difficult for taxi drivers to find. Better directions should be included in the website. Also there should be a warning that the English speaking abilities of the staff are very limited. |

The hotel was showcased as a 3 star property based upon which I selected the hotel. The hotel was anything but 3 star ! Small room ( About 125 sqft for 3 beds ), location is bad and the basic environment is not upto standard |
