the staff were extremely friendly and helpful - setting up tours and dropping us off at the bus station. The breakfasts, although they advertıse as contınental, were much more- coffee and tea with fresh bread, but also an omelete, cheese, fresh fıgs and aprİcots,etc.. The rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and pretty. The evenıng meals were wonderful. In 7 weeks of travel, this was by far our best value for the money. |

Food was great, seemed to be deliberately chosen to give a sample of turkish tradition to visitors. The rooms were neat and tidy. I particularly liked having a kettle with tea and coffee in the room - a nice touch of home. Staff very friendly and helpful. |

The hotel was clean and agreable. The room was nice and big ( decoration a little kitsch although) and impeccable. Breakfast was good and dinner formidable and well priced. We had a car so no complaint but maybe if you are on foot is a little far from the site. |

It was exceptional value for money with a fabulous breakfast and great value dinner menu. It was within walking distance to the travertines and Hierapolis. I would definitely recommend it. |

This hotel is fine for the money you pay, in our case €22 for a double room.It is in no way a luxury hotel but it works hard to make you feel welcome and to help you as a tourist visiting the sites. The restaurant is outside so at the beginning and end of season the reasonably priced and good food could leave you feeling cold. |

The staff was very nice and helpful. The place has a pleasant family atmosphere. It is a basic hostel, with limited comfort. |

We thought it extremely well run:a staff member was always there to help with luggage, the meals were tasty and nutritive, the transport to the limestone terraces and the advice about which way to walk was invaluable, the price was competitive and the rooms were fresh and modern but clearly Turkish in their decoration. The outside tables which served as a restaurant at meals were very comfortable during the rest of the day to catch up with mail or travel planning or to have tea with friends. Staff were very helpful all the time. It was a very relaxing , pretty and helpful place. |

The rooms were very clean and well furnished. The reception staff were very unfriendly and rude. They advertised having vegetarian options but the staff were not inclined to assist with this. They had some veges but they were served cold! When we checked out they told us they didn't accept debit or credit card payment and we could only pay in cash. Fortunately we had enough cash on us. They also didn't have any change so we had to pay the exact amount. The hotel is located further from the travertines than most hotels. |

The food was excellent, the price very fair, the courtyard for eating was nice and the room was well furnished. We booked two rooms, one did not have kettle and tea-making facilities, TV or an armchair. We think facililities should be consistent. When I asked for a kettle and cups, the mother shrugged and said, we have none. (many rooms were empty so we could at least have had a kettle from another room). |

Situated in a quiet area of town and just 5 minutes' walking from the famous Pamukkale travertines, the Koray Hotel offers simple, cosy and comfortable accommodation. |
Pamukkale is situated on the south west of Turkey's Anatolian peninsula. One of the most familiar images of Turkey is the gleaming-white calcium formations with travertine pools of Pamukkale. |
Ideally located in the heart of Pamukkale, with shops, restaurants and bars on your doorstep, this family-run hotel offers a comfortable and welcoming stay at a budget-friendly price. |
