The rooms were very comfortable and restaurant great. I didn't enjoy seeing the manger argue with another traveller who had been quoted their 'old price' a week previously, and had an email with the details. It would put me off going there again.

Everything was excellent and the bill incredibly cheap! Rooms are comfortable, well decorated and with full equipment (international tv, wifi), the owner and his son are very friendly and helpful to organize our trip, large choice of local wines, excellent cuisine, nice terrace and swimming pool, perfect location to visit Pamukkale. The best hotel of our trip in Turkey.

This is the best value of all the hotels we stayed in in Turkey. Visitors' needs were carefully thought out. It had stylish fittings and quality bedding and opulent Ottoman style decor. The owner was very welcoming and drove us to our bus stop at the end of our stay. The staff were charming and efficient. The eating areas were attractively decorated. It was the only hotel we stayed at that had tea and coffee making facilities. We thought it was underpriced compared with other hotels we stayed at. We had requested a room on an upper floor which was provided. A top class establishment. We will highly recommend it to anyone travelling in Turkey.

He is in a quiet part of the town, but not far from the center. The hotel staff is very sympatic and is always happy to help you or to speak with you.The hotel is not a big one the rooms are beautiful, the dinner room is somewhat authentic and there is a very nice terrass and garden:perfect to rest and have a good moment. Only one thing:we were at Venus Hotel at the end of november, and at this period,it was just a little cold in the rooms and not always easy to reach a warm temperature

The hotel was decorated with colourful Turkish fabrics and rugs as well as Turkish style seating in the main lounge area, which is where we had delicious breakfasts and dinners. It was within walking distance of the travertine formations and Hieropolis. The staff were kind and helpful. The room was a little cold and we had trouble heating it up. The location was good but it was not in the town proper so that it was a little far to go out for dinner in the chilly November nights. However, the food was excellent in the hotel so it didn't matter to us to stay "at home".

The hotel is cozy, the hosts really nice and the food cooked by the host is excellent. It's a small hotel with not too many rooms so the atmosphere is homely. Also the setting is village like and is walking distance to the gates to the traventines But in winter time really cold in washing room and you should take a shower as fast as you can. The room is not centrally heated so you have to rely on the air conditioner. The bus from Cappadocia arrives really early -about 5am- and unfortunately our host wasn't there to pick us up as promised. So we had to wait for a couple of hours at the bus office.

The staff and position. Meals were good and the accommodation was very good value for the money reflecting the low season. İt was a surprise that they would not take payment with a card as we had booked through booking.com

We absolutely loved our stay at the Venus. The entire hotel is beautifully decorated, and the rooms are immaculate. The family will go out of their way to make your stay a comfortable and stress-free experience. They served us dinner in our room one night when we weren't feeling well, picked us up on the spur of the moment at the south gate of Hierapolis / travertines when we got lost, and cooked excellent meals. Well worth a stay.

One of the best places we stayed in Turkey. Thoroughly recommend it. Attention to detail meant everything was a delight. Food yum, rooms comfortable and staff very helpful. We subsequently used their list of recommended hotels on 2 occasions and were quite disappointed. The standard was not even similar.

The hotel was really quite nice, much nicer than I thought it would be. It was cozy, beautifully decorated, and the staff was very helpful. After eating something for dinner that gave me an allergic reaction, the night manager helped us enormously to find a hospital in Denizli. He woke up at 2am to call a few places and gave us directions to the hospital. It was a little frightening to need medical care in a foreign country in the middle of the night, but everything worked out well.

We were lucky to have the cuttest room (I think so) in the hotel. It is on the top of the house, with a cute triangular wooden roof above. The hotel on the whole is very well decorated, with friendly staff who serve delicious breakfast and diner. We wish to stay again next time. Strongly recommend!

Loved how quaint and hospitable this family owned hotel is. Lovely people, best breakfast included, very close to Pamukkale Heiropolis Ruins. Shuttles every 15 minutes to little village Farahayit with colorful spice and fruit markets. If you walk to the very end of the beautiful tiled street you will find a natural thermal mud bath and hot spring called Kirmizi Su which means Red Spring. Everyone should come here at least once. I recommend at least 2 days to enjoy it.

Our room is located on the 1st floor, facing the courtyard and dinning area, so it is quite noisy and smoky during the dinner time. However, the room is nicely decorated and clean. The hotel is outside the pamukkale village and 10-min walk distance to the south door of Pamukkale. The staff is quite nice and helpful, we like the breakfast very much!
