Visited Istanbul but stayed last night at Crowne Plaza, due to its perfect location, close to Sabiha Gökcen Airport. Wonderful shopping at Via Port Outlet just outside.

- location : not even taxi drivers know how to reach this hotel - food and beverage policy : you feel like they check on you every tie you enter with a bag in the hotel

Next to outlet shopping mall, very near saw airport. Due to policy hotel does not allow food and drinks from outside, not even a bottle of water! the breakfast buffet cannot match some of Sultan Ahmed's Boutique Hotels.Nothing special and one would expect better from a 5 star hotel.

The hotel is very modern. The rooms are spacious. The hotel has ecxellent facitities. The location of the hotel adjacent to a shopping mall with several restuarants and cafe's added value to our stay at the Crowne Plaza.

Range of facilities very good, health and pampering suite excellent. Somehow I managed to book "room only" which did not include breakfast. I was then harassed for 35 tl to pay separately for breakfast, which is a bit steep if you ask me! Whatever next, charging for sheets on the bed? This hotel is probably better for business travellers with big budgets.

nice hotel and there is an outlet attached to the hotel but i suggest to stay there only one or two nights nothing around the hotel expet the outlet and one hour from Istanbul by bus

The shuttle service was good there was a porter named Amir, he has been very helpful We asked room service for a scale (a small one) to weigh our luggage the answer we got was that you don't have it !! which is hard to believe especially in a five-star hotel like yours

I like it. I enjoy to stay their near to Istanbul outlet. . It is very near to Sabiah airport. In addition provide free shuttle bus to Takssim square & airport. It was clean but housekeeping was not professional. they did not check mini bare items either bathroom items and replaced used items with new one

Brand new hotel, fantastic rooms with all the usuals. This hotel is at least an hour from Istanbul and so is not recommended if you want to see the city as a taxi into the city will cost over £60 at least.

In a nutshell, we felt we didn't deserve such luxury and service (too good for what we paid for). People were friendly and helpful (though their English isn't to the standard of being able to communicate without misunderstandings). The room was huge and bed was soft and king size. Shopping mall below is a true shopping experience and includes an enterntainment park and many options in cafes and restaurants. The hotel also provides a bus to take you to the centre of the city free of charge. We will definitely visit again...

I like the hotel overall, absolutely beautiful. Vey well built and nicely maintained so far. Pretty new though. There is a spa with heated pool facility underneath which is free of charge for all clients. There is also a huge shopping center just next to the hotel. Prices are acceptable when compared to all amenities and offers; breakfast is also included in the hotel rate. Will sign a contract on a long term basis for my family and guests coming to Istanbul. Minutes away from International Sabiha Gokcen Airport ( asian side).

The hotel is perfectly situated, close to the airport and highways. Easy access to all parts of the city and a perfect startingplace for travel deeper inland. The breakfast buffet is 'deluxe', with something for all tastes. the rooms and beds are very good and the wireless network does not let you down...
