All waitress are very friendly. Food is good. Our children love the swimming pool. Good for family's quietness. Turkish nights are lovely and enjoyable. The Mini club activities are wonderful and treat kids nice. English language communication difficulty (most of staff doesn't know English). There is no activities for children( water slide, full equipped playground, children game room, English tv Cartoon channels for children, etc.), Airport shuttle service, free shuttle to the beach. Include the Air condition, safety deposit, and second meal to the price. |

Nice and relatively new hotel. Nice and friendly staff. Neat and clean everywhere. We were impressed when the staff took water samples from the pool and removved the sand that had collected on the bottom. However, we were surprised to find that the hotel was located in a part of town which is developed for mass tourisim/package tours, acctually the hotel seemed to be in the middle of "little Norway" with local Norwegian newspapers, Norwegian soccer matches on wide screen in restaurants and Norwegian speaking waiters etc. It is not quite what we are seraching for. Because of the location we might consider another place to stay next time. Most of the rooms are facing the bare area which produce music/noice in the evening. The hotel should not place a family with small children in a room next to the bar. Impossible to make little children to go to sleep as long as there is entertainment in the bar area. Hotel guests should not be allowed to occupy the hotel`s sun beds from eight in the morning till nearly noon before they acctually appear by leaving their towels on the sun beds in order to keep otehr guests away form "their" beds. There could be more utencils and and a salad bowl in the kitchen. Also it shuld be stated clearly in the hotel information on the internet that the air condition is extra and must be paid for direlctly to the hotel. |

Trevligt rymligt rum, bra sängar, bra frukostbuffe. Rummen mot gatan kräver öronproppar på natten. Dyrt spa, hamam bad kostade 40 eur, vi betalade 10 eur på ett annat ställe. |

Très grand espace cuisine avec une vraie table et quatre chaises. Accès wifi limité au hall avec clé wep tapée par le personnel (attention, ils ne connaissent pas les claviers français) |

Ble kastet ut av hotellet etter 3 dager, for de skulle stenge for sesong. Fikk tilbud om å flytte til et annet hotell. Dårligt utstyrt leiligheter. tenker da spesielt på kjøkkeninredning. |
