Villa Konak Hotel  

The staff is very friendly. The location in the center of Kusadasi is very good for people who want to avoid big hotels distant from the city. Breakfast was good, and at the 5p.m. there is the occasion to meet other guests at the free tea. The inner side (garden and swimming pool) is very quiet. We recommand this hotel!

Try to avoid the rooms ("orange", "lemon",...) above the reception (noise from the bell and people entering late) and along the noisy small street. There are enough other rooms. Not easy for people travelling by car, but we didn't.

Friendly staff. Good location close to port & shopping. Good facilities & pool. Great buffet breakfast.

After spending 4 wonderful days in Istanbul city bathing in the sights and smells of the atmosphere. we then travelled by Pegasus from Sabiha Gokcen airport to Izmir and on to kusadasi. The villa Konak was our chosen hotel. We did not know what to expect except that having contacted the host it was obvious he was a gentleman. We were invited to take a private car from the airport to the hotel at reasonable cost and very comfortable. Arriving at villa Konak was the most delightful surprise. A beautiful place on the hillside, 100 metres from the centre and the seafront. As described in the information, a place to relax in the gardens. Flowers, pool, chairs and sofas all around the complex, just wonderful. The staff friendly and charming, glad to greet you and more than helpful. We had a superior room which was more like an apartment. Room to move, sit, write or relax, just perfect. We highly recommend this accommodation, unusual to find such space and tranquility on a busy holiday. Alan and Natasha.

My daughter and I stayed at Villa Konak hotel for three nights in April and we liked everything about this hotel. The staff was very friendly, room comfortable and clean and hotel has very relaxing ambiance. I will stay again.

Very quiet during the day, most people go out. Also during evening and nights even though it is closeby to city center and Bar Street. The garden, patio & open air public living rooms are very relaxing. Tea time at 5, home made cookies!

Free upgraded room, complimentary tea and cakes with staff and guests at 5 p.m. Lovely welcome. Good access to town. Beautiful ambience to courtyard and garden.

Everything was great.

The design is wonderful and feel comfortable for long stay. Very impressed with the hospitality from the Hotel owner in preparing tea time for all the guests to gather around in the afternoon. Overall, this Hotel is excellent.

Diffifuit to get there if you drive with GPS--lots of alleys and one-way. But worth it !

This is a VERY beautiful hotel. The pictures on the website don't do it justice. The people are very friendly and helpful. It's a little difficult to drive to but there is parking right in front. We loved this place.

Wonderful hotel, our room was huge and nicely decorated and clean. There's a great pool and lots of nice outdoor lounging areas. Breakfast was well made. Great value for money. Excellent location close to the main area and coast.

A very good value hotel in convenient location and clean room. The breakfast is self serve type and very adequate. The afternoon teas each day by the hotel adds a very personal touch and allows guests to get to know each other.

I loved the gardens, the different spaces they have, how Turkish it is, the location. They made me feel welcome.

Villa is a perfect place to relax.Very friendly and helpful host with good knowledge of the places worth to see/go during your stay.Comfortable room.Not far from the centre and seaside but if you want to go to the beach must take a taxi or dolmus (around 5-10min from the hotel)

This hotel is only 5 minutes walk from main street of Kuşadas but the hotel is very comfortable without any noise. We stayed 2 nights in deluxe room. The room itself is very clean and have enough space for 2 persons. They serve afternoon tea everyday from 5PM with handmade cookies.

The rooms were neat clean and tidy. It is a very low key hotel - more like staying at a friend's house. The garden is lovely and the pool is a welcome bonus after a day of sightseeing. The breakfast is served buffet style. The boiled eggs were a change after 2 weeks of cheese and olives.

When the owner is around the staff are on the ball - as soon as he is gone the service tends to drop off.

Sehr hübsches hHotel im türkischen Stil. Der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies in der sonst hektischen Stadt. Sehr familiär, jeden Tag gab es um 17 Uhr kostenlosen Tee mit tollem selbstgemachtem Gebäck. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es war alles recht sauber. Frühstück ist ok.

Everything was great. I really want to go back to kusadasi only to stay at this hotel. the great design of the hotel, the swimming pool and the ping pong table was great. breakfast and cookies with tee that was served in the evening were delicious.

The location and hotel staff were amazing. All they wanted to do was help and take care of us. They were extra friendly. The pool and hotel set-up was beautiful. I will stay again and recommend to friends also.

Villa Konak is an awesome place to stay with nicely decorated rooms and facilities. Owners and hotel staff was friendly, and also hotel customers were classy, we were very comfortable about people around. Breakfast is served with quality. We were totally satisfied with clean rooms. Quality/Price ratio is higher then you can expect.

Hotel is in center of Kusadasi, with car it is hard to reach the facility, but parking is not a big problem. You can't go to beach by walking. Overall quality of Villa Konak supresses those minor issues.
