The manager is very nice indeed, a splendid person. The hotel itself is is very attractive, tremendously clean and well appointed, is very nicely located in a quiet are with everything you need just around the corner. It has the potential to be top of the line. The door to my room was rickety and did not close properly unless locked by key. I was advised not to throw toiletpaper in the toilet, otherwise the toilet might block. My bed was so hard that I had trouble sleeping during the night - which is interesting because I prefer hard mattresses so this one must have been in some extra special category. The booking.com site said there was free internet but the room contained no info on how to obtain access. |

El personal nos ayudo en todo m omento en los contactos que tuvimos que realizar para continuar el viaje. Las habitaciones son agradables y bien acondicionadas. Hotel con encanto. El acceso con equipaje resulta un poco incomodo al no tener ascensor. |

Eine ruhige familiäre Atmosphäre mit zuvorkommendem Personal. Es fanden sich Kakerlaken in der Dusche. Ansonsten alles Top. Der Ort Mamaris ist auf Engländer und Russen besonderer ausgerichtet (Restaurants, Party, Strandatmosphäre). |
