    1. the location is really good, located in the old town close to the sea, also provides a good view from the top balcony. 2. the staff are nice and helpful, helping us book bus to side, guiding us where to go, offering advice~~~ 3.the room is clean and tidy, which could help you have a good rest

if there is an elevator, we may not need to carry our suitcases to the third floor. But this is an old house, not possible to have such equipment.

We went to Antalya for a family vacation and stayed at villa tullipan- everything was wonderful! The owner and staff were friendly, helpful, and really made a tremendous effort to make sure we had a great time. The B&B itself is in a great location in the old city, near restaurants and close to the water. Highly recommend staying here!!

The price was more expensive than the offer at booking.com, we paid 90€ in stead of 80€ for two nights, two weeks later when we were leaving turkey, we paid 50€ because we were only one night in the b& b

Location was excellent. Everything walkable. Very sweet and helpful staff.

Breakfast was adequate if not memorable. Hotel itself was borderline clean. A wee bit seedy. Upstairs wifi unreliable.

We stayed in sea view room which has breathtaking view with very nice and chic interior.

Wifi was quite ok at the balcony but was a bit slow in the room. The shower had low water pressure.

It is a petite hotel with it's own character in the old town of Antalya. The suite is clean and spacious. The breakfast is very good with fresh fruits. The host, Emmy, is most efficient in replying to email and giving us instructions on how to access. We enjoyed the stay.

Amazing view from the roof deck. I could spend hours up there. Good breakfast. Well run and nice people.

Very very small bathroom. No hand towels. Nowhere to put soap in the shower. No wastebasket in room.

Actually everything... The location, the nice and clean room, excellent breakfast, and especially the hospitality of the staff. Emmy was very helpful arranging us transfers both for our arrival and while leaving Antalya to a conference, she and her staff had wonderful ideas about what to see and do. Thank you!!

The location of the hotel in the old quarter is perfect with limited parking outside in the cul- de- sac. Views from our room were simply stunning. Emmy and her staff couldn't do enough for us.

Very friendly and English speaking staff. They (Emmy) provided us with much useful information for our stay. Due to windy weather and low temperatures we had breakfast in the little nice garden instead of the terrace upon the house. Nights were quiete, heating system functioned well and the bed linen very comfortable. The old town is just outside the hotel and you could walk to most places. The local bus system (Dolmus) works fine, is cheap and you will meet the local friendly population.

There is a difference between a pension and a hotel. Pensions, like this, are often simple, but more personal and situated in the old parts of towns. No elevator.

Very friendly and helpful staff that make you feel right at home. Great location in the old city within walking distance to the harbor and many restaurants nearby. Each room has it's own unique decorations and we had a large balcony to relax on.

A little bit hard to find by car from the airport but managed with the help from a kind local man.

When I was looking for a place to stay in Antalya, I spent several hours on the internet to look at hotels that will fulfill my expectations, which were: close to the city center, in the historic part of the city (kale ici), reasonably priced, has a balcony or terrace that will have the view of beautiful old harbor. After several hours of investigation, there was only one hotel that would meet my expectations: VILLA TULIPAN. So, immediately I made the reservation with some apprehension. Sometimes the descriptions provided by the hotel managements could be a bit too rosy. When I arrived in the hotel, Gokhan (one of the staff there) greeted us with a genuine smile (his wonderful smile never disappeared during the whole stay), and later we met Managers Mehmet and Debbie. What a wonderful people they are. I think there are only 7-8 rooms at this hotel. We saw most of them. Each one is uniquely and tastefully decorated. There is a theme associated with each room (there are no room numbers. Each room has a name). I actually should not call them “rooms” because you are actually provided a suit. There is the room with the beds, just like what you would expect from a hotel room, but next to the room, there is a separate larger room with chairs, and sofas, and a large beautiful carpet on wood floors. Restrooms are large, and some has Turkish style bath arrangement. This hotel provides a wonderful view of the old harbor, the sea, and those beautiful mountain ranges. I had forgotten how beautiful the sky could be and the stars could be that bright until I went up to the terrace and sat there for some time. It is quiet. No traffic going by this hotel. So, you are really feeling like you are in a small village with no motorized vehicles around. Breakfasts are provided in the beautiful quiet garden with beautifully furnished, with a natural display of flowers and fruit trees.

The strength of Wi-Fi on the top floor is weak. If you really need to spend long hours on the internet, you may want to choose a room on the lower floors which has excellent Wi-Fi strength. My credit to the staff, when they realized that I needed stronger Wi-Fi, the second day they changed my room. They put me in a room one story below without charging me extra for this larger room (normally this room has a higher rate than the room on the third floor). However, If you do not need Wi-Fi, stay in the room (on the top floor). It was my original choice because it opens to the terrace with a beautiful view of the harbor. This really is a minor concern.

I found this hotel in Antalya's Old Town charming and -- for my purposes -- very well-suited. The decor consists of idiosyncratic framed sheet music and prints from old books (I stayed in "the Archeology Room") with interspersed tchotchkes of the sort that make the place homey. It is located at the quiet end of a well-lit street in a very safe quarter. Steps away from a decent market where I bought a pint of fresh-squeezed pomegranate juice each day for les than $2. Two blocks from UcanGo, an extremely flexible local tour agency which can accomodate virtually any request (and I had two which were improbably specific). A short walk from the tram to the Museum. You won't regret this choice, especiallly at the price. And if you're an English speaker with limited Turkish, you will find both the manager (an affable Dutchwoman) and her right-hand man (a knowledgeable local fellow) MOST accommodating.

I am a highly critical person, and I can't find fault with one thing about this unpretentious but surprisingly comfortable perch in a city which might easily prove overwhelming from any other hub.
