Helpful, courteous staff. Very good location. Clean room. Skipped breakfast, so can't tell. "Superior" double was nowhere close to what the website pictures depict; got a small, ordinary double for the price of the superior; my Turkish name on the web reservation may be the reason, foreigners usually get better treatment. Noisy club upstairs, loud music until very late. Counter-intuitive A/C remote. |

The beds were very comfortable, the room big, the views at breakfast amazing. A very interesting little area, quiet and yet very close to the bustling nightlife of this great city. |

Friendly, helpful staff. Nicely decorated room. The bar/breakfast room has a stunning view. Nice location in "trendy" quarter of Istanbul. The bathroom, though clean & pleasant was very small. It was quite a gymnastic, and potentially risky(!) exercise, getting out of the shower, wedged between the toilet & the washbasin. Also, my window was very small, in one corner of the room |

Excellent breakfast with great views from the terrace. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good size room for a single. Bathroom rather cramped - it was difficult to get out of the shower through the small space between the toilet & the washbasin! Bedroom had very small window opening onto fire escape |

The location of the hotel is perfect for a city trip to Istanbul. Room was clean, airco worked fine. Next to the hotel 2 nice restaurants/bars and tram stop to the major sights is on 5-10 min. walking distance. Breakfast buffet is every day the same and limited. We were getting fed-up with it after a couple of days. No variation in fruits (only water melon) or cheeses/meat. No warm items except boiled eggs. |

Great views from the rooftop terrace. Relaxed area with a very cosmopolitan feel to it, not touristy. Very close to Taksim and Bospherus. Not the newst hotel (elevator, entrance area), but the rooms were perfectly fine. |

It is very close to Taksim Square and its price is cheaper than other Taksim hotels although it is very comfortable. Rooms are modern and comfortable. Colors of furnitures are lively and also relaxing. Bathroom was large and modern too. Breakfast room has a nice view of Topkapi Palace and its decoration is like Aegean seaside restaurants, blue and white colored. Corridors are also modern. Air Conditioner can be changed with a new and modern one. |

Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, nice room, beautiful terrace with an amazing view on the Bosphorus where guests have the breakfast (which was really good in terms of choice and freshness) , free internet access (wireless in the room or common desktop in the reception hall), idromassage in the bathroom If I want to find a couple of minor things:1) I asked for a non smoking room and I had a smoking one. They offered to change it from the day after (the hotel was full) but I was too lazy to move all my stuffs and I liked the room, then I decided to keep it-but I guess in principle I could have had it changed, and after 24h there was no cigarettes smell left-. 2) the common corridor that brings to the rooms smells bizarly of clore/swimming pool, but inside the rooms there is no strange smell. It is probably a problem of ventilation system. Overall my experience with the hotel was really good. |

The hotel was situated in a district with a lot of cafe's, bars, restaurants etc. which was very convenient. Our room was neat and spacious (we booked a standard double room). Breakfast was better then expected considering previous comments. |
