everything was the best ever.
Very good location, lovely and clean big rooms. Excellent services, they helped us to organise our activities during the whole stay. We received a very kind and lovely hospitality. It was just perfect!
Vineyard Cave was a great hotel and was great value for money. I stayed there recently with my daughter and we were both really impressed by the facilities, friendliness and everything about it really. Osman and Hasan are fabulous hosts. The breakfast was the best we had in Turkey. They just go that step further with everything they do and that makes you want to return.
The cave suite we stayed in was spacious, tastefully furnished and very comfortable. Hassan and Osman were outstanding hosts: gave us a Great tour our first day, helped arrange a balloon ride and other tours and gave us lots of helpful info. Breakfast was the best we had in Turkey. We had a great time!
Osman and his father Hasan, were both very friendly and offered great advice. Osman was very helpful in arranging shuttle services to and from the Nevasir airport as well as making reservations for hot air balloon rides and tours. The breakfast was very good. Overall we had a great stay!
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. Room was very spacious and clean. We were given good recommendations - places to visit, tour plans, etc by the owner.
Location, kind staffs, delicious breakfast everything
The family room was very large and comfortable. Osman and Hasan were very helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel was excellent.
The internet in the room was spotty
The owner and his son were very helpful with information about city trips. The father is a licensed guide too and went with the six of us on a city tour.
sweet staff ! great location and breakfast !
Osman was a lovely and generous host. On arrival he even drove us up to sunset look out so we didn't miss this opportunity as we were only staying one night. Thank you
Excellent breakfast. ...very friendly owner....great value
I was reading people's comment on here about Osman and yes I do agree, he is an excellent guy and a great host. The rooms are better than what they look on the pictures and all work efficiently.
Best experience ever, excellent breakfast, services.good location less than 10minutes walk to the bus station and restaurants
The hotel is very clean~~and the host is so kind. Thank you~~
Wi-fi does not work in the room.
the overall atmosphere was excellent. The owners were very nice and helpful
WiFi was terrible in our room, elsewhere the internet was good. The room was dusty, but I think that this has a much to do with the construction going on next door. However a dust cloth run over the surfaces before a guest arrives would not go amiss
Everything is so perfect here. It definitely worth staying if you want a relaxed vacation.
We stayed 5 nights in December. Initially, we booked a standard arched double room, but we were kindly offered a family cave suite (room number 2) at no extra cost upon our arrival. The room was cozy and warm. There was 24-hour hot water supply and heating, which was very important because it was freezing outside. The double bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. There was satellite television and a fire place in the room. The Wi-Fi worked fine. There was a kettle and free tea and coffee and a fridge with free water, snacks and juice. Breakfast was an open buffet – a selection of 5 or 6 different cereals, a large selection of different dried fruits and nuts, freshly baked bread and pastries, different kinds of olives, cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh butter and cream, fresh fruit, freshly brewed coffee and tea (big mugs). Two smiley Turkish ladies cooked a fried omelet for us every day and occasionally we were also offered baked potatoes, borek (cheese- filled pastries), or other Turkish food for free. This absolutely massive breakfast kept us going until dinner time and helped us complete our 10-15 km daily walks. The hotel’s location is central, close to all restaurants and walking routes. Yet it was very quiet and the views from the breakfast parlor on snowy Goreme were beautiful. Excellent value for money and excellent breakfast.
Hotel owner, Hassan, charged us 20 Euros for a pick up from the bus station, which was a bit of a surprise because it was less than 5 minutes drive. But we put it down to a misunderstanding – he probably thought we were picked up from the airport, not the bus station, because it was his son who picked us up on the morning of our arrival.
everything is perfect， will back again.
Lovely helpful staff Interesting cave experience Excellent location
Bathroom floor flooding, but not serious problem
