Great service and amazing concierge facility.

the W hotel Istanbul was an amazing experience. During check-in they have upgraded my room. very close to dolmabahcha palace. it is located in a luxury district.

closest metro station is 15 minutes walking.

A fancy hotel with great design and many ammeneties in the room. Best shower!

The staff at the reception desk when we arrived were very unfriendly. They did NOT make us feel welcome or in any way meet our expectations to a hotel in this price range. No free wifi in the room is not acceptable in modern design hotel.

We were a bit unfortunate given lots of things were not working in our room which was quite frustrating - we did complain and get moved to a better room. Light system in the rooms are annoying and having to pay for WiFi when you are a guest is unreasonable in my view - other hotels in Istanbul don't charge such fees.

I loved everything in this hotel - I've been upgraded to a very nice room as a mentioned that we are celebrating my friends birthday :) - very nice Balloons, Chocolate Cake, Red battles was waiting us in the room :) also the location is so good.

Quite liked that it was away fom the busy centre of Istanbul.

The hotel was like a Russian brothel. Purple led lights under the bed, around the mirror over the bed, along the darkened corridor, and in the foyer. Crystal murals in the lift! Tacky! The whole hotel was in semi darkness, which made it very hard to see. It was like a nightclub 24 hours a day. I booked the hotel because it was part if the Westin group, but was disappointed. The room was generally clean, but the furniture ( chair & couch )were stained and dirty. I booked through Bookings.com and asked for a room which could accommodate 3 adults. I was allocated a room, then got a call from the hotel directly to say that I would need to pay an extra €60 per night for a larger room to fit the rollaway in. I agreed to this and then on check in they gave me a small room with no room for the rollaway. After a bit of back and forward they gave me a room which could accommodate the extra bed. I don't think I will be back!

I loved the location and the concierge service was amazing the guys helped us a lot The front desk staff were extremely helpful I loved the stay overall.

The hotel was a little loud at night the entrance was crowded. It might not be a major thing for most people but it was for us

Stuff are very friendly

Well located close to shopping area and to Ortakoy area which offer lots of dining venues and bar with a view over Bosphorus the hotel has nice design and very comfortable room. Free wifi in public areas.

I didnt enjoy the bed, the linen was great but the bed (mattress) itself was too soft. My back was a bit tired. No open pool.

Nice location in a great neighborhood, the staff was always very helpful, consigliere was amazing, he adviced us just great places where to go, what to see and do, what and where to eat, etc.

The hotel is a little bit dark, when we came to the room, there was used towel and emty water next to the bed, also there was just one pair of slippers, even if we had suite for 3 people. Breakfast was poor for that price, also we would expect free wifi in such a hotel. The toilet smelled realy very bad. For 450 eur for night I would expect different kind of service.

The staff

خدمة الغرف مميزة . يوجد بالقرب منه شارع ماركات عالميه و تركيه ويحتاج مشي ١٢ دقيقة وبالتاكسي ٥ ليرات. الغرف فوق افضل لكن مع بلكونه اما بدونها فهو مكتوم نظيف ومستواه جيد بجواره فندق كمبنسكي. توجد قناة الجزيرة باللغة العربية.

لا توجد غلاية الا بالطلب وطبعاً بدون اي شئ. لا يوجد اي اطلاله. الغرف في الدور الارضي مكتومه. الريتز و الكمبنسكي تحتلان جلسات المضيق فتحتاج مشي اكثر من ١٦ دقيقة او ٩ ليرات بالتاكسي. طلبنا تجهيزات ذكرى زواج ولكن الصدمه ان الامر انحصر في كيكه صغيره جدا بدون اي تجهيزات او اي شئ. التكييف ليس بالجودة المطلوبه الانارة ضعيفة عشان الرومنسية النت في البهو وسيئ الباب غير عازل لصوت بل هو حاجب لرو ؤية فقط . البهو صغير جداً

Sehr kompetenter Concierge

Diese Hotel ist mit einem W, wie man es kennt, nicht vergleichbar. Abgewohnt und vor allem das Reinigungspersonal eine Frechheit. Trotz mehrfacher Urgenz wurden Handtücher am Abend nicht gewechselt (wäre ja 5 Sterne-normal). Am letzten Abend ist dann gleich einmal keiner mehr aufgetaucht...

بصراحة كنت متردد في اختيار الفندق و الحمد لله اختياري كان موفق بحكم انها اول سفرة الى تركيا .. طبعاً حجزي كان على الغرفة اللي بالمستوى الثاني اللي فيها بلوكنه وكنت حاط في الملاحظات ان الرحله كانت لذكرى زواجي .. ولما وصلت الفندق تفاجأت انهم وفروا لي الغرفه بالمستوى الثالث بنفس السعر وكانت واسعه جداً وأفخم بس ماكان فيها بلكونه واختاروا الغرفه في مكان بعيد عن ازعاج اصوات الديسكو الموجود في الفندق بحكم اني مع زوجتي وبنتي الصغيرة ,, طبعاً مكان الفندق ممتاز جداً جداً جداً وموقع ومنطقة الفندق تعتبر من أرقى وأهدى الأماكن في تركيا وهي بشكتاش وكأنها منطقة اوروبيه حتى رجال الأمن 24 ساعه موجودين في المنطقة . طبعاً بجنبي (سوبر ماركت , حلاق رجال , صيدلية , مطاعم , قهاوي ومنها ستاربكس , محلات هواتف وجميع مايخطر على بالكم ) والحلو في الموضوع ان الشاطئ قريب 5 دقائق مشياً على الاقدام .. والحمد لله اني ما سكنت في منطقة تقسيم او غيره

- المكيف حار و طريقة استخدامة معقده جداً جداً وهذا الصراحة اللي اكثر شي أزعجني . - لا يوجد حوض سباحة - الحفلات كل يوم تقريباً و آخر الليل تكون زحمه في اللوبي اللي حجمه صغير جداً و الحمد لله انهم حطوني في مكان بعيد عن الازعاج اللي واصل لين برع الشارع - الغرف بعيده جداً كنت امشي تقريبا 300 متر لين اوصل الغرفه مع ان الفندق 4 طوابق فقط . - الانترنت غير مجاني في الغرف - ما انصح فيه العوائل اللي اعدادهم كثيرة - لا يوجد عازل للغرف حتى لما كنت امشي لين غرفتي اسمع اصوات تخدش الحياء في بعض الغرف

O banheiro integrado ao quarto e terrivel, sem privacidade alguma. Ficamos hospedados somente uma noite e na seguinte, trocamos de hotel.Pagar tao caro e nao ter liberdade de tomar um banho em paz nao e aceitavel.

Camere ampie e ben arredate.

Pareti troppo sottili. Camere troppo calde.

Çalışanlar çok ilgili , şık güzel bir otel ama eskimek üzere , duşlarda ve otelin genelinde yenileme yakın zaman yapılmalı , Nişantaşına ve Ortaköye çok yakın.Tarz ve farklı bir otel arayanlara uygun özellikle bizim kaldığımız bahçeli odalar çok kullanışlı ...

Todos muy atentos al llegar, pero luego el servicio decae. Fiel al estilo w es el hotel mas obscuro que fui en mi vida!!!! No hay luz suficiente en los closets, ni sala de estar de las habitaciones.

O hotel é bem atualizado, bem localizado, agradavel. O staff é de primeira linha, atencioso, honestos e prontos a auxiliarem os hospedes.

Tivemos problemas com o cheiro do quarto por conta do odor vindo da rua mesmo com vidros fechados

sehr schöne, moderne Ausstattung (in den Gängen leider etwas dunkel gehalten); Zimmer nicht sehr groß, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet; schönes Bad; sehr gutes Hotelrestaurant (Okka); Service durch Rezeption und Concierge vorbildlich; Lage an sich gut, aber von Innenstadt oder Taksim-Platz ohne Taxi nur mit Tram und längerem Fußmarsch erreichbar.

Leider kein kostenfreies WLAN im Zimmer; Frühstück (60 TL = 26 Euro) angesichts von Auswahl und Qualität zu teuer, außerdem Service verbesserungsfähig (kein Löffel zum Kaffee, kein Löffel zum Müsli, immer nur auf Nachfrage)
