Die Mitarbeiter der Reception waren sehr hilfsbereit, haben uns beim Mieten eines Autos unterstützt, das Dolmetschen dabei übernommen und uns am Abreisetag unaufgefordert zugestanden , unser Zimmer noch länger als üblich zu benutzen, da wir erst um 17.00 am Busbahnhof sein mußten. Wir hatten gefragt, ob wir unser Gepäck solange unterstellen könnten. Daraufhin wurde uns die Benutzung des Zimmers bis zur Abreise ohne Aufpreis erlaubt. Es wurde gerade umgebaut , was aber nicht zu Lärmbelästigung führte, allerdings war der Weg zum Zimmer etwas merkwürdig. Die Mitarbeiter am Frühstücksbufett waren sehr hilfsbereit, man mußte aber erst herausfinden, dass man bestellen mußte , dass der Kaffee heiß sein sollte ( sonst war er nur lauwarm), dann bekam man sogar warme Milch dazu.Jede Tasse Kaffee wurde extra gebracht, was bei kräftigem Kaffeedurst und kleinen Tassen doch etwas mühsam war. Die Lage des Frühstücksraumes / Restaurant im Dachgeschoss war optimal mit schöner Sicht.

الفندق قريب من سنتر المدينة الغرفة صغيرة ودورة المياة مكشوفة ويفصلها عن الغرفة زجاج , والجدران خفيفة وتستطيع سماع نزلاء الغرف المجاورة , والممرات المؤدية الى الغرف اضائتها ضعيفة جدا. لايوجد موقف لسيارات الفندق . الأفطار متواضع جدا.

الفندق لم يكن تصنيفة واضح بموقع الحجز ولكن موظف الإستقبال يقول أنه ثلاث نجوم .. وأن أرى أنه يستحق ثلاث أو أكثر ..من الناحية الترتيب والنظاقة لا تجد الراحة من ناحية الخصوصية فعندما تكون في ممرات الفندق الضيقة تسمع أصوات الساكنين داخل الغرف . وكذلك دورات المياه غير مريحة لأنه لا يفصلها عن الغرفة سوى حاجز زجاجي مثلج ومفتوح من الأسفل للتهوية ..

Hotel nuevo. El restaurante es encantador en la azotea y con vistas al mar de Marmara. Un poco difícil para llegar, es inestimable la ayuda de las coordenadas en el tom tom

The location was excellent, and the accomodations were very western oriented. Being a student I was looking for the cheapest hotel, since the nearest hostel was 29 km away. However, Kocaeli had other hotels that weren't on the Booking.com list that may have been exceedingly cheaper. So, that was disappointing. Wes Hotel isn't for students really. Buisnessmen, honeymooners, not families or students.
