I came from morocco me and my friend to kusadasi,to this most beautiful place in turkey,we stayed at West ada inn hotel for 4 days( but we stayed 2 days more ) :D ...I was surprised about how people are so nice and generous, specialy the owner of the hotel and the staff. The hotel is very nice, clean and calm,we had a very beautiful room (beach vu).. We will come back sur ...
The manager was very accomodative and speaks fluent english as we faced many problems in previous hotels. The spacious room with fresh and clean linens, towels, quilt n pillows enough to give us a good sleep. The next day we were surprised to see the beautiful seaview from our room. It was just breathtaking. We had a walk around the hotel before breakfast. The garden was just another breathtaking views with those bogenvilla n hibiscus blooming. We discovered the hotel has a very huge pool but it's closed due to off season. We also noticed that this hotel is handicap friendly. Few ramps were recently done for those on the wheel chair. Had our breakfast after the walk. Breakfast was ideal and enough to fill us especially the fresh brewed turkish tea. Location was excellent as the local mini bus passes in front of the hotel gate almost every minute. This hotel worth far more than what we paid. Excellence service by employee n manager. How we wished we could stay longer.
behaviour of receptionist, old bathrooms, away from the center of city, lack of variety in breakfast, wanted money on arrival not at the end of stay.
I remained sane only because of my friends who were there with me. The beach is nearby, that is the only good point about the hotel.
Dirty bathroom, toilet is yellow, but 50 years ago was white, everything in the bathroom has stains on it, electricity in the room shut down three-four times during our five nights stay, you sleep under pancake-pattern-like bedsheets that feel as though it is some technical material. Breakfast is not a breakfast at all - you get cardboard sausages, coffee-coloured tea-drink that is made out of ash-like tea-powder, and awful eggs (never thought it possible to make eggs that bad). The list goes on. Add to it an old grumpy unpolite old man that is an owner or something like that and wearing leopard fur headphones. You get the picture.
Value for money, bed comfortable, clean sheets and towels
needed a good clean, our balcony was dirty, bathroom drainage needed clearing and the toilet needed bleaching, hotel dated, no bar, no haman, very basic breakfast, the honey, jam, olives were left out all the time with no adequate cover but the hotel was cheep, so what do you expect, it was a bed for the night,
Good deal for the price. Room is spacious with nice balcony over-viewing the sea. Good location within walking distance to the center (10 min. approx.) and the Ladies beach (5 min. approx.) You can bring your own food and drinks inside the room.
Weak wi-fi signal on the upper floors. No minibar (fridge) inside the room (but available for 2 eur/day). Towels aren't changed.
nice view cheap price good location
noisy nights problem with drainage in the shower poor breakfast
nice bed quiet room nice honey at breakfast :)
cold water dirty room and balcony unfriendly staff bad breakfast
Staff especially at the reception. They were very good in English. Since we only stayed a night even without breakfast we cant say much but our stay was good in this hotel.
There was no hot water. Breakfast time was short for us as it was till 10am.
Amazing view ( we were on 6th floor.) Pool. Just 5 mins walk to Ladies beach. Friendly and helpful staff. Would certainly stay again.
Had to buy bleach to give the toilet a good scrub and soak the toilet brush. But once done to an acceptable standard forgot all about it.
Outside the building looks very inviting, very clean and interesting, lots of plants, the sort of place you would like to stay in. The main lobby was also inviting and clean. The staff very helpful and offers lots of information when needed. Generally the owners were helpful parting with information was not a problem.
Go pass the first floor, it is dirty and unkept. The carpets from the 1st floor to the 6th, needed a good clean, vacuuming or brushing, not the place to be if you have asthma. I complained about the state of the bathroom the floor was dirty the toilet filthy not cleaned after the last customers, the bathtub rusty we asked for a bathmat because of the children but got a promise which did not materialise. To be fair the cleaner in the place turned up with a brush and hosed the complete bathroom including the toilet, no detergent of any sort so technically it was still smelly and dirty. When we asked for cleaning agent to do it ourselves, the cleaner said she don't understand English although she spoke to us before. The tv was an ancient grey cube. another customer went out to buy bleach and rubber gloves. At the beach resort we were told that many people complain to them it is like a dos house, it is a very dirty place, said the waiter. Breakfast was interesting, one day no butter we were told that they ran out well, this is a business. Some cereal of any sort would be nice instead of a daily portion of bread, spam, cheese, olives. We were told we would have to pay for a cup of hot water after breakfast. No access to a kettle/hot water after breakfast. Certainly not a place for people with young children. Nice building and staff. The rooms need to cleaned up. The place is in need of serious updating!
Being on the dolmus /bus route, right outside the hotel
Too far from beach
+ swimming pool + not too far to the beach + staff were friendly but the owner was asking for extra money for everything + they accept animals
- old furniture in the room - ugly, dirty bathroom - horrible breakfast
The only thing I liked the hotel located in a quite place near to Ladies Beach.
There is no Wi-Fi in upper floors. Hot water was not for some time. They don't clean rooms, even refused to change towels. Breakfast was disaster !!!
it highly met my expectations such as relaxing, swimming etc and also in terms of price.youre charged such a low price.the hotel s cheered up by an impressive outlook.
Nice and helpful staff.
Breakfast menu was really poor: tomatoes, cucumber and the same kind of cheese day by day. Windows and carpets in the room were extremely dirty.
Staff and rooms were very bad.We have faced a problem about payment and they charged us respectlessly.I will never come again...
Acceptable price Relatively good swimming pool Big bed.
Rude receptionist. When we called for clarifying some booking detailes he started shouting on the phone. He spoilt general impression of the hotel. No bar, no kitchen in the hotel, if you want to eat something you should go outside. Leaking airconditioner. As a result flood on the balcony. After complain on reception they promised to fix it but in 4 days it wasn't done. No fridge in the room. Poor breakfasts. Hotel looked as abandoned by people for a long time. Hotel is situated on the hill rather far from beach and from city center. To go to city center you will need bus. Overall conclusion, for this money you can find better options for sure, even renting a flat would be a better option.
The staff were very good to us, they were very polite and guided us in what we could do in kusadasi, what buses to take etc. They even served us dinner the last night since we had inquired about the wonderful aroma in the lobby. Breakfast was certainly a bonus. If any backpackers are going to Kusadasi, I strongly recommend you to stay here!!!!
Nothing of the sort. We just went a little off season so the swimming pool wasnt operational. The rest was perfect
People working in reception area are very nice and helpfull. Room was furnished enough as for that price. A view froom our room was nice. Price for room in a hotel is really good. I think it's worth to stay in that hotel.
There is no variety of food on breakfast. Everyday we could eat only sandwiches. Second problem was housekeeper. She cleaned our room when she wanted.
the staff speaks English profoundly, good for international travelers. The view from most rooms is great, ocean view.
On our first night (we were supposed to stay 3 - 8 nights, depending on how much we enjoyed Kuşadası) our room wouldn't lock. Since my boyfriend and I hadn't eaten anything yet and we were supposed to go out and have drinks that night -celebrating our arrival- we requested a room that could be locked. This did not appear to be possible because non of the other rooms were prepaired for possible guest. The hotel owner guaranteed our belongings' safety, but we were not comfortable with the idea of not being able to lock our door. After a heated conversation (and still having paid for 1 night + overall ' taxes') we decided to reside in a Pension instead. Also, the bed sheets and pillows sheets had stains on them.
Very convenient for the bus into town. Close to Ladies Beach. Staff friendly.
Hotel tired and shabby. Rooms not cleaned or swept regularly. Toilet very badly stained. Shower curtain did not fit and mouldy, so water runs everywhere Cracked tiles and mould in the shower area. Mouldy bread rolls left by the previous occupant. The owner did not acknowledge there was a problem, offered to return our fee and to go elsewhere. Leaves in the pool and no attempt was made to remove them.
the beach the city locatie
we aske for glases but no it was cheap he say we have to buy them no good
