Very friendly and helpful staff, nice garden and good bathrooms.

There was nohing to dislike.

Excellent service from staff as always. Breakfast was the best of any hotel we have stayed at in Turkey. Room was excellent including recently renovated bathroom.

Nice in old stile hotel located not far from the sea-side and the center of Antalya. I feel like I get in ancient time. Hotel very clean and room was cleand daily Every moning was served breakfast with different(7-9 tipes) of fresh froots

The staff was very helpful and kind. I could not join the tour for going to Aspendos, Side, Perge, because the booking was full. But they helped me and called many travel agency, then someone canceled the tour program, so I could join the tour. Thank you.

I realy enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Good location, nice rooms and very friendly and helpful staff. I had perfect time there.

No TV in the room, neither in the whole hotel. Having telephone handset in the room would also be useful.

The staff is very nice and helpful. We arrived in the early morning and was invited to breakfast. Rooms are very clean. The breakfast includes a wide range of fresh fruit. The garden is very beautiful.

The temperature of shower water is a bit difficult to control.

We liked very much that the apartment we stayed in had its own entrance. It makes you feel you come home. The staff speaks perfect English and is very friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfasts, a beautiful meal area. The Mermerli beach is a short walk. Very near to the hotel there is a nice park with a sea view, an excellent place for a walk or a run in the morning.

There is no possibility to go for an early morning swim. The Mermerli beach opens at 8.30 am.

The hotel was quite nice and breakfast in the courtyard was very pleasant, the staff always helpful.

They were carrying out renovation work even though it was May and you could not have an afternoon lay down in your room due to the noise of drilling and hammering, I would have thought that any works should have been finished by April.

Good character and a good feel to the place. The staff were friendly and very helpful and welcoming. Nothing seemed too much trouble for the staff. It is a very pretty hotel. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

Great hotel with really nice staff and beautiful garden. The room was clean and bright and the staff was friendly and helpful. We spend there couple of nights and would stay more if we knew before how lovely this hotel is.

The location, the room -we were on the ground floor so it saves us the trouble of lugging our luggage up the stairs. Loves the breakfast spread, lots of fruits!

Some rooms are a bit tired, but the owners are undertaking renovations at this time (April 2013).

Good location but as others have said a bit hard to find. Locals happy to give directions. Good breakfast. There is a laundry across the road 20TL but a laundrette just opened nearby (near turkish bath place) 9TL.

They could use some new towels as they were quite hard.

Friendly staff.Personal service. Good buffet breakfast. Comfortable and clean rooms. Decent swimming pool with a relaxing area to while away the day with a book. Nothing seems to much trouble for Mr. Metin and his staff. We have stayed before and were welcomed like old friends.

The location , the gardens, the pool and most especially the staff. All three men we met were courteous , very helpful and highly efficient . You have awonderful place .breakfast was excellent quality. We will tell anyone to stay there.

The location of this hotel is excellent--right in the middle of the old city of Antalya. It's easy to walk anywhere. The staff was very helpful in every way and spoke English very well. The breakfast was superb.

One night it was a bit noisy outside of our room.

The location in Kaleici was excellent. They were undergoing some renovations in preparation for the busy season which did not affect us a bit. Breakfast in a picturesque courtyard was to die for. Staff were very attentive.

Not enough or no hot water to shower.

Very friendly, serviceminded staff. Very good breakfast. Fantastic location in the heart of Kaleiçi. Only a few hundred meters from the beach. Very spacious appartment and nice and clean. Beatiful garden! I will recommend it:)

Low waterpressure in the shower, bring a cloth:)
