Good central location to old city, very friendly staff who were able to assist our travel plans.

the staff, owner and his wife were very friendly, attentive and helpful. breakfast was very good, rooms very clean and comfortable. the dinners to order are a bonus-food is really good and the setting in a courtyard at the pool is lovely. the pansion is in kaleici, the old town - very lovely, close to lots of restaurants and shops - i would highly recommend staying in kaleici, as opposed to the modern city - great atmosphere. the pansion is good value for money.

the shower could be upgraded, otherwise, no further comments.

It's better to check the calculations at the end. I didn't do it and I paid 10 euro more. I don't think it was a mistake done on purpose.

the position of the hotel in the historical centre of kaleici, the low fair, the kindness of the personnel, the beautyness of the courtyard used for breakfast

missing lift. difficult to find in the labyrint of the streets of kaleici. they didn't provide the double bed room we booked on the site, but just a twin bed room. The shower isn't very comfortable.

We found the hotel excellent value for money, clean and very friendly staff. The garden, pool and bar area was very pretty and always clean and tidy. The manager was very helpful with local information. Overall excellent.

The courtyard area was pleasant and the location was superb. The hotel staff was very helpful in finding us a car rental.

The shower water never really was hot enough.

It will be good to put the second WIFI hot spot on the roof and have internet access in all the rooms:)

The location of the hotel was very good and the staff were always helpful and obliging, Breakfast was generous and flexible.

As we stayed in winter the room was a bit cold and it would have helped if more heating was available. Also travel directions and more information on how/where to park would have helped us.
