the location was amazing. close proximity to all the important sites of the city. Really close to the tram station The reception personel were completely unhelpful and rude ..as if they were really bored. They could not even help us with bookings to nearby restaurants. |

we like the service ,the room and the hotel position very cloose to the markets and to the ships for Bosporous tour. poor heating in the room & better servive to tzakouzi in to the room |

Legacy Ottoman Hotel offered us a luxurious and peaceful place for rest in the center of a stunning city. A bath tube plug was missing from our room, and we had to ask three times for it before we got one. |

Nearly everything. I liked mainly the breakfast buffet, food is nice. The staff is very friendy and helpful. The swimming pool is small and the underground spa and gym were not well ventilated. Taxi drivers do not reconize the hotel name immediately, they only know the old name. |

not much...location was unknown to most taxis I did not like many things. Air conditioner in room did not work. They refused to remove the mini bar so we can use the space for our baby's food and milk. They said bringing water and snacks from the outside was forbidden. They did not replenish supplies in the room and did not clean well. Bathroom was dirty with stains in toilet. Under the bed, there was dust and junk. Windows opned easily creating hazard to young children. Area the hotel was in was loca and low class. Better to be on Taksim square instead. |

The enterance only .. mean the loaby it looks nice and the photos on the booking.com desk not reflect the real image for the hotel I did not like the service, ac was not working only fan, nothing refelect as 5* hotel on this and I can rate it as 2* only |

its excellent location to landmarks and food places.breakfast was good and variable. poor ammenities. rooms although big were warm with air conditioning not functioning as it should. bathroom were small. for a 5 star rating the tv should have more english channels. pool was small and cold and the whole spa area was dingy and unwelcoming |

Building and lobby are amazing, furnitures are like in palace furnitures. Staff wellcome you starting from your taxi arrival and continue their friendly hospitality till you leave the hotel. Rooms are very large and comfortable. Breakfast room is also large, well decorated and has a nice view of Golden Horn. Breakfast buffet is rich. Cafe bar at the top floor under tower is very original. Best hotel in Eminonu and Sultanahmet region. |

Location is good, close to most sights in Sultanhamet. Great price, free wifi, nice big room well decorated but Not up to 5 stars standards. Bathroom was a little bit run down with mold... |

Price at 99euro/night was good value , very centrally located in the heart of the old city, lobby area look good (although not 5 stars) This is not a 5 star (more like 3.5) - bathroom very poor (badly needs upgrade - eg no bidet and toilet seats made of flimsy light cheap plastic) , staff not well trained (some only spoke 2 words of english and could not communicate) - breakfst buffett very poor for 5 star : no coffee served, no fresh juices and generally poor quality food (only used it 1 day out of the 4). there were no showers in the SPA/gym area - one has to go back to his room for that.... |

Convenience of location; staff was helpful and spoke English; rooms/decor were quite nice; breakfast was also quite nice. We stayed twice at the Legacy Ottoman, at the beginning and then at the end of our trip. Our first room was very nice, but our second room #536 smelled of sewage and we had to cover the two vents in the bathroom to control the bad smell. |

Relativ good position, about 25 min. walking to Blue Mosque.Very close Metro Station and tram station. Very nice view at top floor restaurant. Poor quality of breakfast, especially sunday.Very busy and noisy street. Is NOT 5* hotel. Maximum 4* hotel. I recomand only if the food is not a priority for you! |

Great central position and a very beautifully renovated hotel.Also the best view from the 6th floor breakfast room. Basement has a great hamam and gymnasium facility Staff english language competence VERY poor . Once they check you in they do not even want to talk to you and if you insist they look strained ie its an effort for them to bother. For a 5 star hotel this is not good enough. I think if they want english speakers they should all be sent to classes. |
