Was clean and comofrtable and my wife and I felt relaxed. The breakfast (included in the price of the stay) was superb with wonderful variety. Too far away from the center of Istanbul |

room service was efficient and quick, rooms clean and comfortable, staff brought up cable for internet services promptly. the buffet dinner was not good few selections for main dishes and had to ask three times for coke to be brought to our table, few staff serving spoke english. |

I liked the well appointed rooms with free internet, the comfort and quietness, the breakfast was great, it was very convenient to the airport with free shuttle buses and a half hour ride into the old city for the attractions. Friendly helpful staff. If you want to do some shopping or visit the sights, Its a bit far out of the city, however there is a metro system available that takes you into the city or for a few dollars more there are the shuttle buses. |

proximity to airport Airport shuttle was late - we had to take a taxi. Also there was no ' good ' bar' to go in the evening( the one on the top floor was empty / no view/ no smoking / not inviting - we ended up taking a taxi into central Istanbul |

Location close to airport and metro station, large clean comfortable rooms, friendly staff, reception staff very helpful, good breakfast, efficient airport shuttle service. In house beverage items quite expensive. |

Excellent value for money. Excellent location for Airport stays or business meetings. Breakfast was ample and a higher standard than a typical hotel in this category. Hotel staff friendly and informative. The free internet in the room was at times slow, and my surprise was only (and this is not connected to the hotel), is that Youtube is blocked in Turkey. Was not like this, last time I was there (2007). |

The rooms are quite comfortable, which was great since I was just stopping between trips and needed to recharge. All of the staff members that I interacted with were helpful and courteous. Since I was leaving for the airport during the night, I was allowed to eat at a special 3 am breakfast with those fasting for Ramadan, which was an exciting and unexpected perk. Room service was about 30 minutes slower than the time estimate given to me when I ordered. Additionally, because I checked in early, the cleaners returned to the room several times thinking that it was unoccupied. |

Great value for money. Staff were helpful and theroom was very comfortable and gym was very good. Great selection for Breakfast. If Istanbul for a day or need to be close to the airport, this is a great place to stay. Only downside is that it is not close to alternatives for eating other than the in house (and expensive) options. |

I liked the rooms very much. The comfort it's excellent , actualy better then I expected. The staff was very sociable with one exception at the reception ; I am sorry I forgot the name . The personal from the health club was very nice, actualy beyond my expectation. And another star it's for the fact that was closer to the airport, actualy 2 minutes by car. I would like to have a pool in the health club area |

Spacious, tidy room, bath Some TV channels in english, which was nice. Very very close to the airport, which was handy. The complimentary airport shuttle was 10 minutes late, which is odd for an airport hotel, but we had time to spare. |

Just 3 mins by taxi/bus from the airport, professional staff, large rooms. Impersonal but efficient. The breakfast is very big but the quality of the food, even it's good enough, could be improved. |

My wife and I stayed overnight at this hotel because we had a long layover in Istanbul between flights. The hotel unbelievably close to the international arrivals gate - almost within walking distance. There is a free shuttle bus, but the place where this particular shuttle stops is not marked, so you should be prepared to ask somebody. the hotel is typical of international business hotels near airports, nothing special in design but clean and efficient. In the room evereything was nice, except for the bed, which was below the standard of comparable hotels. As other visitors have commented, the food is very expensive. The free breakfast is pretty good, however, and the service in the restaurant is excellent. |

We got an exceptionally cheap rate at this room by booking online but it was tremendous value. For a hotel so close to the airport we were delighted with our stay. |
