WOW Airport Hotel  

We liked the breakfast, though the omelet and scambled eggs were terrible.The rooms are spacious.

The room was so hot. We diidnt sleep well the 2 nights we were there because of the heat. The aircon did not make the room cooler as all rooms were set centrally to a very hot temperature. We cooked.

The bar prices were far too expensive and accounted for the fact that although the hotel was almost full, very few people drank or ate at the bar (15 Turkish Lira for a glass of beer.....that's £6 for a glass of beer, not even a pint of beer)

Bed was excellent. Close to airport. Free shuttle service every half hour.

However, room, corridors - everything was very dirty. In my room I found some leftovers from the person who previously sleeped in room!!!

The best in the hotel is the pool and health club beside of the sauna and steam room

Location Location....500m from airport, regular shuttle service, early breakfast (5.30am), a real airport hotel.. Super!

Spa was unprofessional, asked for a massage treatment and because it took a while to set up, I was told it was unavailable. So chose another, turned up on time and had to wait, treatment room had the sinks & toilets in the next room to it, so hearing this during the treatment wasn`t relaxing! Was an expensive price list also so expected better than that!

I appreciated the timely free shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was very accommodating and fulfilled the special requests I made.

the check in process is very difficult. The Hotel is not clear that there are two WOW hotels next to each other. I could not locate the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus did not run until the after 6:30 am

The hotel is within a five minute drive to the airport. The breakfast bar was good.

The cost of everything at the hotel was extremely expensive outside of the room rate and the free breakfast bar. The shuttle to the airport only runs every hour in the evening. A taxi ride is preferable and costs 10 TL.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The mattress was a little stiff.

Very, very close to the Ataturk airport, we chose it to break a transit flight. Breakfast starts at 5.30 and the first shuttle bus leaves the hotel at 6.30 am, by 6.40 you are at the airport - we found this very convenient. The room we had was spacious and well furnished. Service was good, everything went smooth. We would definitely use it again and recommend it.
