υπέροχη θέα προς το αεροδρόμιο απο τον 16ο όροφο! πλούσιο και καλό πρωινό. βολικό υπόγειο πάρκιν και ασφάλεια.μέχρι και τα αυτοκίνητα τα ψάχνουν με καθρέφτη απο κάτω. δεν έχει δωρεάν ίντερνετ,τουλάχιστον στα δωμάτια.

καλη τιμη, μεγαλο δωματιο, σχετικα καλο πρωινο,πολυτελες, καλο φαγητο. οι καθαριστριες ερχονται λαθος ωρες, προσπαθουν στο check out να βαλουν περισσοτερες χρεωσεις, το στρωμα σκληρό πολυ, κακο internet με καλωδιο στο δωματιο και οι υπηρεσιες εξυπηρετησεις πελατων απο και προς το αεροδρομιο ειναι λιγες.

We liked the breakfast, though the omelet and scambled eggs were terrible.The rooms are spacious. The room was so hot. We diidnt sleep well the 2 nights we were there because of the heat. The aircon did not make the room cooler as all rooms were set centrally to a very hot temperature. We cooked.

Close to airport Staff at reception were not welcoming and very curt. They did not seem to like to answer any questions as if it was a bother for them. Cleanliness in room and bathroom was poor. There was hair in the bathroom, and the towels were old and stained.Carpet in the the room was old and dirty.

proximity to airport and complimentary shuttle bus The bar prices were far too expensive and accounted for the fact that although the hotel was almost full, very few people drank or ate at the bar (15 Turkish Lira for a glass of beer.....that's £6 for a glass of beer, not even a pint of beer)

staff were unhelpful, breakfast was poor selection and not even real juice, bed was hard and linens not great, price was too high, location was difficult to get to from airport - I stayed there because of proximity to airport but access was roundabout not direct. Very unfriendly and unhelpful staff at reception and no help with maps or directions to city.

Bed was excellent. Close to airport. Free shuttle service every half hour. However, room, corridors - everything was very dirty. In my room I found some leftovers from the person who previously sleeped in room!!!

Located close to the airport 1. Carpeting in hallways incredibly dirty 2. at check-in the put me on the 2nd floor facing a major construction site with a pile-driving machine in action - surely they could have given me a room on the back of the hotel away from the noise. Inexcusable!

Location Location....500m from airport, regular shuttle service, early breakfast (5.30am), a real airport hotel.. Super! Spa was unprofessional, asked for a massage treatment and because it took a while to set up, I was told it was unavailable. So chose another, turned up on time and had to wait, treatment room had the sinks & toilets in the next room to it, so hearing this during the treatment wasn`t relaxing! Was an expensive price list also so expected better than that!

Convenient location, very comfortable and friendly staff. Free internet was very useful. No tea and coffee making facilities, which was surprising considering the price of the room and the fact that it's a 4 star hotel.

very average nothing in particular the check in process is very difficult. The Hotel is not clear that there are two WOW hotels next to each other. I could not locate the shuttle bus. The shuttle bus did not run until the after 6:30 am

The hotel is within a five minute drive to the airport. The breakfast bar was good. The cost of everything at the hotel was extremely expensive outside of the room rate and the free breakfast bar. The shuttle to the airport only runs every hour in the evening. A taxi ride is preferable and costs 10 TL.

This hotel is very close to the airport . The rooms are not noisy . It has a big garage. You may need a taxi or a shuttle bus to see Istanbul because it is not close to downtown . But it has a reasonable price comparing to other hotels . If you have an early flight , it is the place to stay in.

The kindness and courtesy of the staff, nothing is too difficult for them. I have stayed at the hotel previously, and the food was better in the past - this time I had dinner and breakfast, both were significantly better last time I was there.
