Room were better than expected. Modern and clean The lighting was problematic. Lighting in the dinning room was poor. Lighting in the room was fine. For solo travelers we would like to read at dinner.

Just Breakfast. They claim they have free shuttle for the airport every half an hour, we were waiting 2.5 hours in the airport and call the hotel 4 times, each time they said the shuttle will be there in 10 minutes. Very frustrated. The shuttle had a very rude and unrespectfull Driver, you cannot imagine. Room service is very bad the staff are not helpful and friendly at all. The breakfast is good. I do not recommend this Hotel.

choice of smoker room,Very close to airport fast.service at reception the windows wasnt repaird ,broken,not capable to close ,no wifi ,only lobby internet wifi,..poor breakfast for that kind of hotel

Not much....very tired hotel. Not much Wow in Wow hotel. Carpet threadbear. No water bottles in room (cost 5tl for smallest bottle from mini bar). No shuttle to the airport until 630am and our flight left at 630, so taxi. Wow hotel was not wow for us.....but we were tired and in our late 50'S.... And very experienced travellers

The proximity to the airport and the shuttle service The bed was hard and the buffet breakfast facilities were mediocre: eg. an overly functional atmosphere, tasteless and cool scrambled eggs, uninviting bread and coffee poor quality.

Staff was great. Close to airport. Temperature in the room was too hot and air conditioner didn't work well. It took all night for the temp to lower to a comfortable level. Also, we had to leave early before breakfast was served, so a "bag lunch" was prepared. The sandwich was not very good.

great location if you have an early flight, breakfast variety and quality, quiet rooms, easy shuttle to/from the airport. smoking room ( we are non smokers ). We had to keep the window open all night...

Location, 2 minutes walking to exhibition area. Free shuttle bus service to and from airport. Room was clean. Breakfast was ok. Staff was very rude during breakfast, I have never seen staff talking to a guest in such rude way. I didn't want to make much trouble, so I just left the restaurant.

Near the airport. 1, The water boiler is cancelled. 2, Other hotels supply tea bag and coffee. Wow cancelled this also. 3, a small bottle water, 33cl, cost 5 ytl. Too expensive. If you cancel the boiler, the water should be 2 YTL/500ml. Otherwise guest will think that wow wants to earn money from selling water.
