We stayed for 4 hours between flights, so the location - 4 min from airport, was great. the room was very clean. The0 hotel promises a free shuttle from the airport and back (every 30 minand I even called in advance to confirm this but eventualy there was no shuttle and we had to take a taxi both ways. The hotel seems far for tourists of the city. also, beds were too hard for us. |

We only stayed here because it was close to the airport and we had an early flight. Location was good for this. Staff were very unfriendly. It states you are not allowed food and drink in the room not purchased there but then they charge extortionate prices for everything! No tea/coffee making facilities or complimentary water.Room aircon was useless. We complained and an engineer looked at it but it was almost as bad. When we told the reception we were told that it was "because it was Winter and not needed!" We paid for a room plus breakfast and were then told the restaurant didn't open until after our departure time. When we checked out we found the restaurant was actually open and we could have had breakfast. The cost of the room should have been 89 Euro but they charged us in Lira which worked out considerably more. |

Proximity to the airport.Shuttle service to airport.Early hours of breakfast and good selection of food. The countertop in the bathroom was not clean at all, the bed was uncomfortably stiff. The stuff in the small fridge was unblievably expensive. The noise from adjacent rooms can be disturbing. |

Very comfortable and clean room We were overcharged for our stay for the extras which we did not consume, they just deducted the amount from our Credit Card without any advice after our departure. We are still trying to clear the issue with the Hotel, it is however a very unpleasant experience |

Desk staff was very helpful although not particularly friendly. Morning breakfast was good, varied and attractive. When the shuttle had mechanical problems, the hotel paid for taxis to the airport. Room was quite sterile. Carpet was worn, looked a little dirty but very servicable for someone simply waiting to return to the airport. |

Very welcoming, clean, close to the airport and to the CNR Expo fair Be careful when taking a Taxi and bus shuttle charges. suggestion always ask taxi drivers the price first. Should not cost more then 10TL or 5Euros from Airport to WOW Hotel. Stick to it and do Not pay more. |

Excellent bed, spacious shower, helpful staff, convenient access to the airport with a shuttle that ran at reasonable intervals. It felt a bit as if it was still in its "shakedown cruise" period -- that is, many things were quite polished, but small details -- such as the enormously loud cash-register printer in the coffee shop -- showed that the hotel was not yet mature. |

Its location to the airport is very convenient. Prices in the mini-bar very expensive. Never seen a small bottle of water for 6 TL in other hotels inn Turkey. |

Even staff of Ataturk airport inform us about shuttle bus WOW hotel service (based on a schedule) the bus from the hotel didn't come and we must solved the transport issue |

it is clean, close to the airport and staff fairly friendly. i would have wished for a coffee maker and some coffee and tea in the room; while the bfast was good there could have been the provision for an omelette; the toilet was raised and uncomfortable |

Close to the Airport, good comfort and very good price. There is shuttle in 5 min you can be in Airport every 1/2 hour and even taxi are very cheap (5 Euro per trip). |
