WOW Airport Hotel

Location near airport for my next connection flight

I didn't like the high price for the comfort etc of this hotel and also I didn't like the atmosfera...

The staff was very helpful.

I stayed at the wow Airport Hotel, 5 Star. I don't know if this is a designation of luxury, but if it is, it is not a 5 Star hotel. There was trash about, carpets were dirty, food when served was cold. I do not feel there was any value for the money it cost. I would, at best, give it a 4 star or even a 3 star.

Modern, clean and confortable.

The bed was a bit hard, but still ok. Only the (locked) door between our room and the neightbours room transfered quite a lot of noise of the neightbours. And another thing: if you get up after 09.00, the cleaners get frustrated and start to throw with the neightbouring doors to urge you to get out (!).

Clean, modern, free WiFI and it has a free shuttle bus to the airport which is nearby

The quality of the room and the hotel was ok.

Computer facilities were poor and not usable. Carpets were not so clean. Garbage was not emptied.

Staff were helpful. I was there only for one night.

All was basically satisfactory except for the terrible restaurant, the only one available due to it's isolated location. We picked the hotel only for a nite of sleep between airplanes. The waiters scurried about with trays and a sense of urgengy, but delivered nothing meaningful but poor food and grossly overpriced food!

The prices in your restaurant are redicuously high, compared to anyplace we encountered in three weeks of travel about Turkey, and the many restaurants of varying quality in which we ate; even the bread was stale. Even a bottle of water (available nowhere else because of your hotel's isolation) was priced about 20 times (1/2TL in small shops vs 9 TL in the restaurant or bar) over elsewhere. You should be ashamed to ask 16TL for a small bowl of tomatoe soup which tasted as if it came out of a can! Never again would I choose your hotel because of this.

The size of the room was large so it was great to have plenty of room since I was travelling with two kids. Hotel staff was helpful with baby cot etc.

Location - the fact that u need taxi to go anywhere and cant make much use of being in Istanbul. On the other hand it was nicely close to the airport, which was the main reason for my choice.

The hotel was very nice and clean and the staff was polite. The price quality ratio was good, and the location suited us, as the hotel was right next to the airport (we stayed for one night before heading towards the next destination). The food we ordered to the room was nice, too, and the gym was good as well. The room was big and clean and we could hear nothing from other rooms. All in all a nice stay!

The only thing that might not be good for visitors wanting to see the Istanbul city is the distance to the city center. Otherwise I cannot say anything negative about the hotel.

Location was excellent for International Airport. Good gym and easy to find. Loads of parking space underground so your car stays cool.

A four star experience for a great price - especially good if you have a morning flight to catch. For us - was an excellent rest before the everr painful international plane ride after a three week Turkey trip. Food was reasonable/high priced - but very good. Breakfast buffet was extensive and delicious. Water in rooms was advertised as non-drinkable - and 350 ml bottles cost 6 TL in minibar - or 1 Liter bottle cost 9 TL in the hotel bar. Shuttle was reliable. Also they offer 3 shuttle trips into Taksim Sq. during the day.
