Excellent Location close to the airport. Convenient Shuttle Bus Service to the airport and city centre.

Breakfast could be improved little bit, it is rather 4 stars than 5 stars

The food and service provided by the hotel and staff were totally inadequate and unprofessional. Their lack of communication and understanding were totally unacepptable.

Location near the airport. TV had a good selection of English-speaking channels.

Website did not reflect reality. Too hot with windows that were either open or closed with no option for guests to control their own comfort, but a maintenance person had to be called in order to open or close the window. Spa claims for in-room massage did not accurately reflect staffing. Non-smoking: forget it. The room may have been non-smoking, but the hallways reeked of smoke. This definitely was NOT a five-star value hotel. I changed hotels after one night.

Convenient to airport and transportation to downtown Istanbul

Lack of free Wi-Fi throughout hotel. Of the 14 hotels I stayed in while in Turkey, this was the most expensive and the only one not to have free Wi-Fi in my room.

I didn't like the discusting black fungus spots in the shower corners. This is something not related to the 5 stars of the hotel. I also didn't like the non availability of Wifi in the rooms.

As per booking .com it is very clear that hotel will not charge our credit card but inspite of our clear warning they carged our card whereas we had cash available to pay. I had lost around 35 euros in exchange from turkish liras to ruros now who is going to bear this. This hotel is a cheat and I will never stay here and will not recommend any body. Breakfast poorest in the world.

It is convenient for the airport

This hotel classes itself as 5 Star, but it struggles to reach 4 star on an international standard

No transfer to airport before 6.30 No breakfast before 6.30 No wi-fi access in the rooms No possibility to access the pool without buying a cap No good service, you have to ask 10 times to get an extra towel when you are in 2 sharing a room.... Etc etc

Convenient for the airport. Executive rooms excellent with the added extra of the Executive Lounge. Breakfast excellent selection of dishes, catering for all needs. Attentive staff in all areas. Always stsay here on a regular basis on my return to work in Kazakhstan.

We had to ask for our room to be cleaned 4 times on the first day - they seemed unable to communicate this to each other. Wifi by pool not workimg although mentioned it twice Hotel policy of not allowing you to bring in your own food is crazy. I argued and was let in but dont remember seeing this on the booking conditions. Easy solution was to use a normal bag to bring it in rather than the store's bag ;-) Would not recommend this location other than for a short stay. Not too far from city (40tl by taxi, metro close by and they have a free shuttle bus also). But would recommend something closer to city if you are there as a tourist.

I liked that it was very close to the hotel. Close also to the Sinan Erdem Sports Hall. If you are attending an event its only 10 minutes away.

They don't have wifi in the room. Just cable. I've never seen this in a five star hotel!

Shuttle bus took 45 mins to pick me up from the airport 2 kms away, it didn't start again until 0630 so I had to get a cab. There was noise all night from people laughing and screaming in the room above. Nothing done despite complaining so decidede to go to airport early at 0430, great
