Value for money Room standards are below avg I would say 2.5 star max. I was there in November so I could not evaluate other facilities such as swimming pools or the beach. But generally I woul say if can manage to collect over three smiles from the hotel staff you should be eligible for a reward

The hotel is so big and you can do everything everyday. The beach is good and the pools are great, the room is very nice with a nice view The staff are the worst like your are paying 20Euro a night specially the reception staff. The food is bad(not like the Turkish cuisine we know) and the all inclusive doesn't worth it

Only beach Almost every thing exept the sea!the hotel changed rate for ttwice after we did confirmed our reservation.ROOMS Was not even as 3 star hotels.STAFFS Did not care were not HELPFUL.the hotel was not clean at all

Marvellouse staff who was doing their best the whole time There were not any acticities for children at the hotel in this periode. Eveen the children club was closed almost the whole week.

Hotel location easy to reach the city via buss Internet free wifi in the hotel lobby while the lobby overcrowded; so you have to pay 7 euros for enternet daily.

The grandeur of the place is really appreciated. The clockwork precision which the team works with every day is also great. Though the menu is so vast each day, a bit of variation would be appreciated, with maybe a theme cuisine each day like Greek, East European, etc.

Topkapı & Kremlin ortak kullanımı. Sezon olmadığı halde Kurban Bayramı için yapılan sunumlar. Bebek arabası ile rahat dolaşma imkanı. Çalışanlardaki gerginlik. Beklenenin üzerinde müşteri olduğu hissine kapıldık. Yetersiz hazırlık. Bayram tatilini uzatanlar dikkate alınmamış. Bayram biter bitmez, oteldeki hizmetler kaldırıldı. (Plaj havlu dağıtım noktası, snack restaurantlar, lunapark vb)

Tudo menos a recepcão do hotel. Na realização da reserva de verifiquei as condições dos quartos e fiz uma reserva para 3 adultos e uma criança de 5 anos no qual dizia que as crianças até aos 6 anos são grátis, pois são gratis porque não tem cama, mandamos colocar uma cama mas ficavam todas juntas sem espaço entre elas, e fiz questão, quando fiz a reserva pelo booking tive o cuidado de referir nos comentários para o hotel o facto de sermos 3 adultos e uma criança. Depois tinhamos que pagar antes de ver o quarto no qual recusamos mas não fomos bem aceites
