the hotel location is great & really good for relaxation. Also, the free meals and the food quality at the hotel is something unbleavable. everything is good except the air conditioning in the room was bad inspite of our claim to hotel staff. |

Many free activities. Very busy place, not really good for relaxing. Rooms were decorated in the old style and they were rather poor standard for a 5 star hotel. |

the place like a heaven, very nice, full of life. the facilities are incredable,the drink and food free and the quality is the best,from time of check in until check out we are eating and drinking |

the availability of the entertainment programs, and the easy access to all the activities, also the best thing is that you don't have to carry any money with you, unless for little activities like the spa or the sea sports games. the air-condition was not cooling properly in the room, but next day we requested them to shift us to another room, and it was good. |

The Restaurants and bars are very good. The sport activities provided are nice but the time to use these activities is very limited during the day. If you are young couple or single , don't go to topkapi , this is a family hotel. You will see only families , old people and tons of children. I shocked when I found group of children in the disco @ 1:00 midnight !! |

Food was good and the night entertainment was excellant There is no ATM machine in the Hotel.You have to go 4 km in a taxi for money. |

all inclusive package, lovely beach, nice staff some times not enough meals were not available and made it difficult. I ate mostly gozleme as a result because missed main meal times. I wish buffet hours could be extended. |

Персонал отеля был очень приветлив и готов всегда помочь. В принципе, понравилось все: прекрасный дизайн отеля, просторный номер, который был чисто убран, отличная еда (особенно в а la carte), пляж, разнообразный досуг. Советую особенно для семейных пар с детьми. |

Le strutture dedicate all'ospite e la formula "tutto incluso". La possibilità di cenare alla carta in ristorante. Il pagamento anticipato del soggiorno ed il servizio di reception durante il check-in che ha commesso l'errore di addebitarmi un giorno in meno di quelli previsti sul voucher. Questo fatto mi ha creato il fastidio di non avere l'accesso alla mia camera fino al pagamento del giorno mancante. |

Variedad de actividades e instalaciones, realmente dan muchas opciones para entretenimiento familiar. Mucho del personal no hablaba mas que turco y ruso, asi que un poco dificil la comunicacion. |

de hotel met zijn grote tuin en eten is perfect.maar de kamer passen niet in 5 ster catogorie kleine kemers,ik heb voor drie persoon een kamer geboekt,derde bed was zo een goed kope opklapbare bed van 20 euro. |
