No sound proof. Our child cried during the night and i am sure nobody slept in the hotel because of the noise. Nobody complained , but this is an issue, especialy if you have a light sleep.
One AC is needed in bedroom, also.
A cloth dryer is needed in the balcony, for towels.
Kitchen needs more tools, matching plates, a coffe pot.
Dalyan is a quiet and beautifull little village, between the river Dalyan and the sea.
You can enjoy a public boat trip to Istuzu beach on the river, or you can take a bus to. Beach is 12 km away by car.
Beware, private trip boat are quite expensive, try burgain a little. Those sailing men, driving the boats, have a thif apearence.
The beach is long, sandy and organised ( showers and toilettes).
There is an entrance fee around 7,5 turkish lira, there are 2,7 turkish lira for 1 euro.
It is open until 20.00 oclock, because of the sea turtles nests.
On the beach there is a small hospital for sea turtles, very educativ for children.
Avoid going on Istuzu beach on sundays. It is so crowded, because of locals picnics.
Dalyan has markets (Bim and Migros), gas station , souvenirs shops, banks and a lot of restaurants.Ther are a lot of english people in Dalyan, living here in summertime and some of the locals are speaking english.
The hotel itself is on a quiet street, very close to Bim market.
Offers breakfast, but we did not try it.
Has a small garden full of flowers and trees, for a little shadow, and a small clean pool, one part deep and another suitable for children,
We were traveling in september and it was so hot outisde, but a welcome chill during night time. Sea temperture was around 29 degrees celsius.
The apartment was very cosy. Furniture and bathrooms were older, but clean and well mentained.
rooms were daily cleaned.
AC is availible only in living room.
There is One big bed in bedroom and two sofa beds in living room, comfortable only for kids.
We were traveling with two kids , and one was sick (stomach flu) for few days.
The owner/administrator was very kind and helpfull.
Turkey is a very welcoming destination for children.
Despite the fact they had to clean the sheets several times for us, they offered us herbal tea, a lot of advices and moral support.
So, for medical advices, try the central pharmacy, the chemist speaks great english.
