Unfortunately there was a distinct lack of sound insulation between the rooms resulting in EVERY noise from adjacent rooms being very audible. Unfortunately the man next door to us had a very unpleasant habit of (to put it mildly) clearing his throat/chest for at least an hour every morning and night, constantly coughing up phlegm - this sounded like he was in the room with us.
The accommodation desperately needs some TLC as, although the basic amenities are in the apartment, they are all looking a bit shabby - curtains falling off as rail stop missing, door cupboards chipped and hinges hanging off, window handle broken etc.
Also the shower was grubby, the shower curtain not long enough to stop water going into the toilet area, intermittent hot water etc.
The accommodation on offer seemed to provide good value for money but due to the negatives, noted separately, I can only give this a 'Fair' rating.
The owner Hakan was a very nice man, spoke good english, and was always available at the property but it would have been good to see him undertaking (or organising) some of the refurb which this property desperately needs.
Accommodation is spacious, containing two 3 seater settees which convert into beds.
Location is good being only a few minutes walk into Dalyan town centre and was situated in a quiet area.
Aircon included in the cost.
In summary, if you are looking for budget accommodation then this may fit the bill, but if we were to return to Dalyan we would look for alternative accommodation.
