The hotel is in the city center, 3 minutes by foot from the main street. Staff was really gentle. Our room had private bathroom and a small patio in front of our door where we can relax drinking a beer!!! The hotel is a backpackers hotel so there were a lot of young people which have the use to travel around the world.

The room had not a double bed!!!

Everything was good. We have been in a cave for four people. Clean and comfortable. Some humidity inside the cave but it is normal. Breakfast is correct. It is close to everything (Göreme is not so big). Very kind staff. The first day we arrive really late at night (around 1:30 am) and they were waiting for us in the reception.

Living in a cave is always exciting, we stay there for three days and had a great time.

We arrived early in the morning and they allowed us to check in. The staff also help us to book the tour 1hour before the tour start. The wifi is great and we loved our stay there. So close to eatery and bus station.

I know its autumn, but it would be great if they can sweep the floor :)

After Istanbul, Cappadocia was our second stop. We picked the room that was upstairs with private cave bathroom. The room has a nice view. The breakfast and hospitality was great. One morning we run late for the breakfast and they kindly wait for us. The restaurant that they suggest "Koy Evi" has become our favorite. They do not change your towels every day, which I am ok with that. They will willingly provide you the new ones if you ask.

Nothing really. Pleasant family run business.

We liked being in a relatively central part of Goreme, near restaurants and shops, but still quiet at night. It's also close to a panoramic look out spot, as well as the Open Air Museum. We appreciated that they put a baby bed into our room for our 1 year old.

The staff were truly unfriendly, and they seemed annoyed at us when we didn't book a hot air balloon trip through them. They really seemed to be about the money they could make off of selling tourist activities to us (they are also a travel agency, not just a hotel, apparently), and not about actually making us feel welcome for staying at their hotel. I didn't go to breakfast because I was sick, but my husband took our kids and said that it was pretty pitiful, very few options and not even very much food available.
