The location was ideal for site seeing in the Old District. The continental breakfast was typical of the region. We had booked a double/non smoking room and were put in a smoking room with twin beds. We weren't given our requested room until the next day. It was on the 5th floor which was under construction. The hotel restaurant was closed so we were unable to enjoy the roof top view that was advertised. |

The hotel has an excellent location in old Istanbul, at 5 minutes walking by Santa Sofia and Blu Church. You have parking place and this job is done by the staff. The hotel is very clean, the restaurant has an excellent panorama, the food is excellent and you can see the Bosphorus channel. The noise from outside. In Istanbul is traffic all the night and you can hear the honks from cars. |

Staff at the reception, specially (Engen) was very helpful and fast attending to our requests. The laundry charges were unbelievably high. |

The view on the restaurant was amazing, they give a free ticket when you check in and you take it in the restaurant. and the tram stop was very close about 3 min walk. this tram can take you around . rooms was small. one bed was broken when i arrived . not recommended for family with children as of the size of the room |

i enjoyed the central location of the Hotel,the breakfasts were great and the stafff are friendly ,helpful and always care to help the stay be good. I booked on line and had expected to have the complimentary pick when i advised the hotel of my flights. they did not do the pickup and only when I pushed them did I get a complimentary return to the Airport |

Friendly and helpful staff, food (only had breakfasts there) was good. Hotel very central. all facilities worked well. a very bice stay all-round. I would recommend it quite noisy from street traffic, but aircon was on we did not notice it. Aiprort transfer was not there to collect us on arrival, tho they said they were. Our flight was late but we would have hped they would check that. Coming back to South Africa our flight was 10 hours late and even then out transfer here had checked and was punctual. |

The Restaurant "Olive" was good. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a good variety of foods. The staff on the reception were very keen and enthusiastic. Our flight brought us to the hotel very early, the hotel staff welcomed us and invited us to have breakfast and they had our room ready within 10 minutes of our arrival, it was a very nice introduction to Istanbul. We had the best room in the hotel, wonderful view of the Haya Sophia,but the room needed to be sound-proofed because I was kept awake by the gentleman snoring and his wife sneezing in the next room! |

gute Lage, angenehmes Hotel, keine Probleme, WLAN kostenlos, Frühstücksleistung war auch o. k, für 48 Euro im EZ gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Renovierungsarbeiten, Sauna + Haman geschlossen, aber dass muss ja auch mal sein (im Winter) |

La posizione ed il personale molto gentile a qualsiasi ora. Ottima la prima colazione anche se non altrettanto fornita rispetto all'ultima volta che ci siamo stati (2007) Il ristorante sul terrazzo (una caratteristica dell'albergo) era chiuso per lavori ed il ristorante al piano terra non era altrettanto fornito. La stanza un pò piccola, abbiamo dovuto chiedere un comodino ed una sedia in più. |
