The location is perfect, it is in a very good spot, close to Istiklal street. Fortunately they put us in a quiet room, as we requested. The breakfast was average. Although we booked a deluxe room about 35 m2, it was tiny!!!! The shower tub was almost outside the bathroom, inside the room....the advertisement doesn't stand the truth... Deluxe room just means a renovated room, with coffee facilities. The rooms in the facade suffer great noise from the street.Not good value for money

Excellent hospitality, and well trained and couteous staff. Just a small issue as we were not picked up upon our arrival at the airport inspite of sending an email requesting for airport pickup.

The location in Istanbul is near lively streets and shops but far enough away so that the hotel's immediate neighborhood is quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a triple and had sufficient space and was very clean. The only problem was a thermostat stuck so that the room couldn't get cooler. Overnight was a bit uncomfortable. The desk said they would send someone to take care of the problem but never did.

Good location and hars to find fault with anything. Shuttle transfer to airport = Room a little small with slightly cramped layout. But cleaniness and facilities were good. I was a solo traveller and this room would be small if occupied by two people

Highly sophisticated equipped. The "Delux double room" was very small, certainly more convenient for one person instead of two (e.g. only one chair available). The shower was inside the room. Hardly facilities to store clothes. In this regard the room rate was not fair.

C'est la 3ème fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel tout est très bien sauf la connexion internet tout à fait aléatoire. La chambre ne faisait pas 35 m2 comme annoncé sur le site mais elle était parfaite.

Beliggenhed------fint værelse +dejlig morgenmad Rejste med 2 venner---3 overnatninger hvoraf jeg ved ankomst betalte nat nr. 1----Blev spurgf om hvilken valuta jeg ønskede at betale med---- valgte TKL.-fint. Da mine venner ved afrejse skulle betale for de sidste 2 nætter ( desværre var jeg gået ud I byen)----havde de ifølge dem mange kontroverser -----der blev talt om ekstra betaling for bed +breakfast??? ---Alt var includeret I en fast pris!!!---+ At vi blev tildelt en masser poster fra minibaren,som vi overhovedet ikke havde rørt( ubehageligt) mine venner nægtede at betale de omkring 1000, kr. Ekstra til hver + at de efter megen diskussion som jeg fik lov at betale I tkl. Jeg håber noget af dette beror på misforståelse+dårlig kommunikation....sidst jeg boede der I foråret med 2 venner ,forløb at fint + at jeg synes det er et perfekt hotel for et ophold I istanbul. ----Men den med minibaren var slem !!!!! -------------------------------------------------------------------

Fin beliggenhed----fin udgangspunkt til oplevelser I andre områder af istanbul.-----dejlig morgenbufe .fri transfer til lufthavn Småting-------som at vi havde værelse for 3 personer,men at der altid manglede et hånklæde ell. 2 ---at prisen var opgivet I euro----men vi betalte I tyrkiske lira

Localisation excellente, hôtel très soigné, chambre joliment décorée. Problème de connexion, malgré les codes donnés par la réception, il n'a jamais été possible d'établir une connexion internet.
