C'est la 3ème fois que je séjourne dans cet hôtel tout est très bien sauf la connexion internet tout à fait aléatoire. La chambre ne faisait pas 35 m2 comme annoncé sur le site mais elle était parfaite.

Hotel is located in the hot and busy location behind the Istiklal street in Tasim. Hotel is very clean, neat and well decorated. They have nice breakfast not like what was stated by others. Yes I would like to comeback but the room has to be bigger.

The rooms are not that big and not as described in the website. The website says 25 m2 however, the room we have been given was only 16 m2. Yes I would like to comeback but the room has to be bigger. The staff at the reciption need to be more cooprative and flexiable as well.

I know the hotel since many years - when it was called still Yenisihir. Ich come back every year for holiday & business, it is very central and easy to get everywhere. Thank you.

The location is perfect, it is in a very good spot, close to Istiklal street. Fortunately they put us in a quiet room, as we requested.

The breakfast was average. Although we booked a deluxe room about 35 m2, it was tiny!!!! The shower tub was almost outside the bathroom, inside the room....the advertisement doesn't stand the truth... Deluxe room just means a renovated room, with coffee facilities. The rooms in the facade suffer great noise from the street.Not good value for money

Sinyal almama , şifre girmeme rağmen wireless a bağlanamadım ....

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Unser DZ "De Luxe" war geschmackvoll modernisiert inkl. Bad.

Schlecht: im Zimmer war kein einziger Schrank nur eine 20 cm lange Abhängstande. Bei 4 Aufenthaltstagen haben wir praktisch aus dem Koffer gelebt! Vor Anreise wurde uns schriftlich ein Transfer mit dem Hotel Shuttle vom Airport zum Hotel bestätigt für 6 Personen (für 35,00 €). Der Wagen war aber nicht am Flughafen. Auf Anruf hies es lapidar sie seien sehr "busy"; wir müßten daher ein Taxi nehmen. Entschuldigung im Hotel oder irgendein "Ausgleich": Fehlanzeige!!

We didn't know what to expect, but we were very pleasantly surprised: The room was big, clean and modern. The staff was very friendly and also the breakfast was very good. Everything was just perfect. Would definitely stay there again.

Odaların, evinizi andıran tasarımı ile rahat bir ortamda haftasonu tatili geçirdim.

Otelin ana giriş kısmındaki odalar taksimin eğlence yerlerine yakın olması bakımından gürültü fazlaydı. Odaların ses yalıtımı yetersizdi.

Småting-------som at vi havde værelse for 3 personer,men at der altid manglede et hånklæde ell. 2 ---at prisen var opgivet I euro----men vi betalte I tyrkiske lira

değişik mimarisi ve iç dizaynına bayıldım.. konforu mükemmelin ötesindeydi..

odalar arası ses yalıtım sistemi daha iyi olabilirdi, karşı odadaki bütün konusmalar benim odamdaydı..

Hotel staff - bellboys and housekeeping staff are amazing - helpful, fast, smiling all the time, at your service w/o prob. They carry your baggage, call taxi for u, give u complimentary city map, give u extra towels, shampoo,... Airport pick-up - hotel has complimentary pick-up at the airport at the time of the arrival! Great service – easy to organize + if U have no idea about the taxi prices, no one can trick U! Room - small, but cosy! Clean! Breakfast – U can choose from so many things that even if U stay at the hotel for a week U can eat different food every day. Hotel location - perfect starting point for any city attracton!

Hotel staff - front desk/reception staff aren't anything special. They do not smile. They do not want to make reservation for u in any restaurant in the city which is no hotel's restaurant (extremely inconvenient due to the language barriers), they do not issue a receipt, just charging your credit card...
