il y a 3 types de chambres dans l hotel : 1er : annee 70 ..2e : annee 80 , 3er type : chambre dite de luxe, qui sont tres design, l'amenegamnet est bien fait Hotel mal insonorise ... Nous entendions la musique d un restaurant en face , jusqua 4 heures du matin ... alors que c'est cense etre un 4 etoiles .. et nous avions pris une chambre type de luxe ... et avions demande uen chambre calme ((( |

Breakfast is excellent. Some staff, be the cleaning ladies, bell boys or the reception people are really good and welcoming, and some are not. I think this is normal, everywhere you can find this.... Bed sheets were smelly and one of the receptionists was really rude and not welcoming at all, at least with us!! No name please...!!! |

This hotel is an extremely cheap hotel. Please, remove this hotel from your website. The staff are extremely rude. I had never experinced and witnessed such behavior in any hotel, even a hostel. The breakfast meant to be included. However, the staff would count every bite of the customer. The hotel is very cheap and stingy. They would leave one tea bag per person in each room. |

Stayed in renovated room which is really extremly modern and comfortable as much as 5* hotel. Staff is quite inadequate and not trained in helping customers efficiently; AmEx credit card can not be used for payment although mentioned at hotel profile and confirmed during check in, it took more then 1 hour to check out (if I would have to fly this would be crutial), hotel manager not able to handle situation and finally rediculoulsly they requested me to get cash from atm and pay in cash. |

Temizli yeterli olmakla beraber havasız , otel resepsiyonun davranışı otel kuralını ihlal etmiş gibi hakaret tarzı. Odanıza gelmek isteyen iş arkadışınız parasını öder girersiniz kaldıki oda single occupied ama ödeme double idi. Sanki misafir odayı başka amaçlı kullanıyor gibi yaklaşım kabul edilemez. koridorlar düzenli olarak havalandırılmalı , oda camları dışındanda silinmeli , banyoyunun odaya bakan camların silikonları kötu elden geçmeli , camsız kısma konulacak perde belki duş sonrası banyo kullanımını sağlayabilir |

Das Hotel liegt zentral. Die Komfort-Zimmer sind modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, was mich auch zur Buchung bewegt hat. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend. Im Frühstücksbereich besteht noch Verbesserungsbedarf, was den Service angeht. Die Mitarbeiter könnten etwas aufmerksamer und "schneller" sein. |

Super Lage, direkt im Zentrum! In der nähe gibt es alles, Cafe, Restaurant, Clubs etc. Die Deluxe Zimmer sind wunderschön eingerichtet. Alles war ok. |

Servicen, personalen, frukosten,läget på hotellet. Garderoberna i de nya De Lux rummen inte anpasade för två personer. För mycket design, för lite funktion.För övrigt har hotellet blivit mycket stilfullt efter ombyggnaden. Mycket frächa och läckra badrum. Detta är i vårt tycke ett topphotell, vi har bott på detta hotell fyra gånger tidigare,och kommer med all säkerhet att bo här även nästa gång vi beöker Istanbul. |

deluxe odalar gercekten muhtesem. Ayrıca özellikle önbüro ve rezervasyon personeli çok iyiydi. deluxe odaların banyosunda dusakabin olmamasi cok kotu bir durum. heryer sular icerisinde kalabiliyor, kesinlikle dusakabin olmali. |
