We only stayed here one night, enroute from Rhodes to Kusadasi to start a tour. The town of Mamaris is very nice, with a huge beachfront of hotels and restaurants. The hotel itself ? Well I guess you get what you pay for. We had a miniscule 'balcony' as well. It had just enough room to breathe while you stood on it. You could almost shake the hands of the neighbours in the next hotel as well. I'm glad we weren't there in peak season, I'd imagine it would be quite noisy. The room was ok, there was noise from the bar out front which was open just about all night, but that's what you have ear plugs for. I didn't venture into the pool. It looked a bit small for the number of people who may have been using it. If I was ever in Mamaris again I would probably look for another place to stay at.
Location on the beach
Staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. Hotel demanded cash payment claiming that their credit card machine was broken. Hotel breakfast was inedible and service provided by two 17 year old young men was comical. Music blaring in the evening until around mid-night guaranteed that you couldn't go to sleep any earlier. The list just keeps going on so do yourself a favor and just stay at another hotel.
beachfront with chairs, umbrellas, towels, etc view from our 5th floor room and balcony
noise...loud music until the early hours so loud you couldln't leve the windows open to enjoy the sea air and the sound of the waves
The most thing i liked is the location of the hotel and the facilities of water sports on its beach.and you can find every thing near this hotel
I didnt like the food too much. Almost same buffet every day with poor choices. And the english language of the staff is a little bit poor.
Everything was good We'll be BACK
If you want to go to sleep before midnight ,only stay if you can get a room that is not directly above the front bar/restaurant. Drag show kicks off at 9 pm Only stayed one night before and after a Gullet boat trip
Loud music from the ground level bar spoilt a good value hotel.Don't stay here unless you sleep through anything.
Fantastic location. Nice restaurant/club. Free sun matress on the beach. Beautiful room. Good air conditioning. Nice bar in the hotel, on the street, facing the sea.
Wifi in bedrooms didn't work, everyone had to go in the lobby. Only one blanket on the bed instead of proper sheets. The staff at the reception doesn't speak very well English which made the check out pretty difficult.
Fantastic staff make this hotel, from reception to restaurant to juice bar to beach staff to cleaners...all friendly, full of fun and very helpful.thankyou all.
Slow wifi in room.
It wasn't overcrowded. The pool was lovely. The staff were very friendly. The location was ideal for everything we needed to do.rooms cleaned every day. The free wifi could have been a bit better. Really struggled some days for connection. Although we were bed and breakfast, we never ate here, because we were never up on time. Would definitely recommend this hotel. They also let us keep the same room on for a bit extra, because we had a late flight home.
Would like a bit more choice at breakfast. I had eggs and bread each day. Would like it if someone could cook an omelette.
Better Wi Fi in the rooms.
Loud music from the bar below.
Exciting Location, nice remodeling, friendly staff
volume of music, too much bass, but stopped at midnight, dining area needs more decoration, lights in the stairwell were broken
very good location with a poor halfboard of meals but i wish to stay there next time
It was close to the beach.
The wi-fi didn't work in our room. The staff was VERY unhelpful. The beds were uncomfortable.
Location is good.
Dinner bufet very poor, breakfest the same!! Wifi connection also bad!
Horrible Saff, specially the manager
Off season I would definitely recommend the hotel for fellow boaters doing boat work or for visiting friends. Happy to know that Malibu stays open in the winter.
Mold in the shower
Very good value as it was Off season.
The rooms were small but really clean and stylish. The little balcony overlooking the Mediterranean. The price. I got a great deal on Booking.com The staff were friendly. One evening I got back in my room and the towels were formed like swans and there were flower petals entwined. Beautiful. The hotel dog - a spaniel mix was super sweet and welcoming. Vicinity to the sea. I walked out the door and across a path and was swimming. The kettle and coffee/tea in the room. The shower was awesome. Location was really good. Just enough of a walk from the shops in the central part of town...with restaurants to choose from all along the way.
They said they had wifi in the rooms - but it didn't work - ever. I had to go down in the lobby to get some work done. The food for breakfast (the only meal I ate at the hotel) was sub-par. They served me an omelet that looked like it was cooked in dirt. Many things were not open due to it being the off-season. No bar open, no restaurant really.
charged me 5 usd for minibar peanuts I did not consume ...
