Location - it's a bit run down, although clearly undergoing significant urban redevelopment

The place was good for a family but there is only one bathroom. All the facility are availabe . So ggood and clean .. Quite . Lovely place

I like to stay in sisle distrect cause its close to every where and every thing in istanbul. its a beautiful design hotel not easy to find for taxi drivers !

the fact that we booked the economy suit and when we arrived with our 8 years son they forced us to change to a bigger suit at extra charge even though we were happy with the size of the economy suit to stay with our son

The location although its close to cevahir mall, it was far from takseem, but u can use the metro easily to reach takseem which is 2 stations away.

116 residence is a new apart'hotel in a very convenient location (very close to the Şişli metro station and to the Cevahir shopping mall). They offer extremely comfortable rooms and the staff is very helpful -even providing you with items you would have forgotten about!

There is nothing to complain,location is great ,quit street ,shopping mall and smaller shops and metro nearby .you will find everything you need for daily living near hotel.The staff of the hotel was very very helpful and friendly.

Never far away from home. The staff including the owner was very accommodating. The location is perfect! Near the main road, shops are all around. The fish store nearby always have fresh fish, shrimps, mussels, etc everyday!!

AMAZING HOTEL! AMAZING STAFF! AMAZING LIVING! AMAZING LOCATION! The interior design and decoration of rooms reminds you of luxury, comfort and, at the same time, gives you a strong feeling home (but luxury home :-). The rooms are very big, clean, calm, there is no noise! The services and hospitability was outstanding and extremely perfect. Excellent attention to details. All the staff reflected a very classy and super friendly spirit, especially Ozgur Ercetin - charming, always elegant, high-professional, and still a real LADY! She went above and beyond to accomodate all our needs during our stay, she handled our queries and requests in a high professional manner. The highlight of the hotel - is location. As everybody, knows, the location, is a huge part of hotel's success - this residence has a great location to explore the city.It is rounded by many charming food stuff shops, where you can find sweets, croissyans, fish, fruits, etc. And it is the best shopping area. And the price policy around is - quite acceptable, and not higher in comparison to other districts (for ex. Sultanahmet or Taksim) The hotel is located in a very calm street, but 5 steps ahead - and you are on the main street of Sisli, then Nishantashi - so, to be more exact - near the Paradise. ALL! ALL! ALL! - "116 Residence" - the best staying forever. We do realize, that from our part it is not profitable to declare that, cause in the future - we risk not to have a chance to get the reservation, but still we can not keep our emotions inside about expressing our admiration about the hotel and people! Trust us, they did a great job, when managed this residence to put in real. BRAVO!!!

We would like to say, for sure,negative aspects of the hotel. But, no one negative emotion about the "116 residence"! All is perfect, if we speak about this residence!

The staff are really helpful & they make sure you don't need anything, the value for the money is great considering the luxury set up.

Very helpful, hospitable and friendly personnel. Fantastic cosy new appartments with all necessary amenities. Very spacious rooms and modern kitchen. Located on a quite street. Metro station is about 10 minutes walk. Easy to find. Very close to main shopping malls. It's cosy like home!

Excellent furnished apartment with more than 5 star services. The room was big with all everything needed. The reception and concierge services are much better than what I was expecting. Really 5 star treatment.

Simply, it is like home. I never seen like this luxury apartments, equipped with full furniture.

the metro, bus station & the mall center all near together and easy to reach but need around 500 steps.

Ozgur and the rest of the staff, they were polite and helpful. The rooms were nicely decorated and very clean.

Difficult to find.

This is by far the best hotel I stayed in while I was in Turkey. The staff is friendly as well as the quiet area of the hotel where everything is close to you; metro station, shops, big malls, and so on. The furniture is amazing and modern. Inside, everything you need for living exists in the spacious room. The staff always were helping in everything and smiling all the time. For my next visit to Istanbul, I will definitely stay here again.

Generally Its a nice tidy place, the location is good. The staff can do better and be faster in doing things, but they are very friendly and nice.

During check out they were slow and made me late to airport.

Very clean and very nice people talking English. We got very nice apartment as it was mentioned in the pictures. very nice design and so quite to relaxe. Near to big mall (5mins walking).
