In the heart of Sultanahmet, the Empress Theodora Hotel features a rooftop restaurant with views of Sultan Zeynep Mosque. It is across from a tram stop, and provides free Wi-Fi access.

Located in Fatih district, The Suite Istanbul offers spacious apartments with a private kitchen and free Wi-Fi. The property is close to Sultanahmet district and many historical sites.
Score from 60 reviews Very good
This private Ottoman house is quietly situated in a cobblestone street, just a 7-minute walk from Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and Topkapi Palace. The hotel’s bar terrace overlooks the Marmara Sea.
Score from 456 reviews Very good
The staff was amazing and very helpful.
I think many of Turkish hotels and residence are not honest... they declare something and in the reality there is another things.
Personals are very good Helpful etc.
Internet wi fi
The staff was kind. The furniture in the room was nice.
The room wasn't clean enough. The neighborhood was very noisy. We can't sleep well, because of the noise.
Hirsizlik Yalan Pis Güvenli değil
Good location. Near to İstiklal Street and Taksim square (the heart of fun and nightlife). Excellent value for money. Small but cozy accomodation.
Big bed, air con, great wifi.
It's in a bit of a dodgy street, the man working was unable to tell us the directions due to poor English and lack of knowledge. That was only an issue because it was 1am in bustling istanbul.
Location is good and staff is very polite.
Breakfast was NOT served. Though booking.com mentioned free breakfast. There is NO elevator which makes life very difficult for rooms in 4th floor. Cleanliness is very poor.
Wi-fi was working ?
This is a great deal of list, 1. The address given by Hotel is WRONG! They actually are somewhere else and it was quite painful with all the luggage to walk back. 2. The room was not the room I booked. No city view 10 m2 area and I was told if I don't like it, they can make a no-show and cut the money anyway. Middle of the night I couldn't afford to lose the money and look for new hotel so I was forced to stay with my girl friend. And that "room" was no where close to the money I paid for or nothing like described on internet. That was simply fraudulent ! 3. Remote for tv, hair dryer didn't work! 4. A simple key is given to us for locking door. Anybody can open the door, we had to take all our stuff with us entire time. Nothing else in room can be locked to preserve any of valuables. The list goes on... It was a horrible experience and this place is definitely in my black list even to walk by
5 minutes walking distance from Taksim Square. We wanted ground floor room because we had to go with our daughter + push chair which wasn't confirmed in advance by the hotel but when we arrived we found out we received a huge 2 bedroom apartment on a ground floor. Very comfortable.
We had to pay before we have seen the apartment. If we have done so we could pay with credit card. If you choose to pay on the next day (our case) - payment is in cash only.
good location, nice staff
poor facilities (old, used towels, small bathroom);poor service (the staff doesn't speak english); even though the breakfast was included in the price we didn't decide to take it as the room was smelly and the food didn't look appealing. next time I will look for a different accomodation.
the staff, they are not telling the true about suites/ apartments and breakfast.
Room wasn't clean.
Very cheap, good location.
stuff and location
good location, near Taksim square, convenience shop right on doorstep rooms are recently renovated
location is difficult to find, hotel is not signposted, rather the reception is ran from a different place, when first arrived, have to ring to get staff to come over. extremely narrow staircase, not for people with mobility difficulties. no elevator renovation is of very poor workmanship, concrete dust, bulbs that don't work, cupboard door that are in each others' way [!] and can't open. extremely cramped toilet [...] shower drain is blocked
The location is good as it is close to Taksim square but the building is facing a construction crater full of rubbish.
We arrived to the given address but there were no mention of Zat-i Suites not on the door neither on the building. Our first impresion was that were deveived We asked in the little shop next to the please that was supposed to be Zat-i Suites and they called the guy, he came after 15-20 mins, his English was very poor. He drawn us where to go for breakfast as it was like 4 streets away. Next morning we went for breakfast, was quit suprising the breakfast was like for a person on strict diet (e.g. one slice of cold cut...) The room was also their office the ambience was not really pleasent there. Back to our room. The room was dirty and the bathroom dangerous, cables not well isolated, painting after renovation still not cleaned up, also mess at the entrante of the building and on the corridore. I took some photos, if you wish I can send them to you. Maybe you would need to check out a place before promoting it to your clients.
good location, easy access, comfortable matresses.
towells just for one person during all staying,no room cleaning service, dirty floor, no toilet paper, poor english for staff, they were not receptive at our requests like having more towells and clean ones every day!
the location is very good.it is very easy to reach to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Also close to the Havatas bus stop to airports. the room was comfortable and clean enough. have hot water all day long and air conditioner and kettle for tea and coffee.also wifi is good enough for internet connection. shortly I enjoyed to stay there. I will stay at the same place next time.
Close to Taksim square. Cheap, yet clean and cozy.
The reception is in a different place than the appartments themselves, was hard to find it to get the key, the address specified on the hotel page here is of the appartments, NOT the reception. Had to ask strangers for the directions. Although they are called appartments there are no kitchen appliances, not even plates and spoons and stuff, thus making this "kitchen" totally useless
They don't have Reception in this building, so if you arrive there is just a building with another name and nobody to answer you and you have to have turkish cell phone to call them and hey will not answer to your call!!! So it was the most bad experience in my life about hotels. I want to ask Booking costumer service to exclude this hotel from their site.
Good location near Taksim Square and main shopping district
This is not really a hotel. You have to check in at a different hotel and then be shown to to the 'appartment' a few streets away. Breakfast is only available (if it ever is) between 9 and 11 (and in the other hotel, they only accept payment in cash - even though the booking is made electronically and taxi drivers have terrible trouble finding it.
Rooms was very dirty. First they gave us the room but 15 min. later knocked the door and informed us to change the room. We picked all our staffs and moved to another room. In both rooms toilets were very very dirty, air condition heating was very poor, we got cold. Also they told us that it is not possible to charge room via mail order and should we go to another apartment (10min away) to give our credit card for charge. It was terrible completely.
