Hotel has a perfect location,very close the all historical places.Breakfast was perfect,they serve too many delicious foods.Room was very clean and very comfortable.Staff was very helpfull and professional.The manager name was Aycan helped to us about city tours and we had a great times there,if you visit the Sultanahmet you can make the Bosphorus and Historical places tour with the professional guide.We had a very enjoyable stay there,absolutley we will come back ! |

This hotel could not be better placed in Istanbul. Close to to Blue Mosque, Hajia Sophia and Topkapi. A walkable distance to Grand Bazaar and other places also. |

Excellent location, good breakfast, good price. Before booking you are offerd a free transport from airport. After booking you can forget it: I haven't got any answer to my transport-request e-mail, no apology, no explanation. Our room was very small, the bathroom was extremly unconfortable. Asking a room change only the luxury apartement was offered, though the hotel was less than half full (controlled by Booking .com). Young man at reception is very kind and helpful, unfortunately has no competency in decisions. |

Zeugma hotel has an excellent location, just nearby the Blue Mosque and Aya Sofia (you walk around every morning and evening which is magic), Grand Bazaar and Tupkapi palace. It's close to the tram stop - tram will bring you to lively an young Taksim quarter with Galata tower and all the boats stations. Hotel is really cousy and comfortable with very friendly staff. It's a bit pity that the terrace where you eat your breakfast is not open air and with no view on the sea, also, breakfast becomes bit "boring" is you stay longer than 3 days...however, it's a good address to stay and I would return to the same place if going to Istanbul again! |

The hotel was decorated in a traditional charming Turkish fashion. It was certainly not another typical faceless city hotel and the staff were also charming, friendly and helpful. |

Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had two children under 3 years old, and the hotel allowed use of all its services to make our stay very enjoyable. Would definately recommend people to stay in this hotel. All the sites such as Blue Mosque, Ayah Sofia, Grand Bazaar are very close. |

The location is perfect for getting to the must-see sites in Istanbul. The staff are a mixed bunch. The price is quoted in Euros but they only accept credit card payments in Turkish Lira so you inevitably finish up paying a bit more than you expected. The en-suite facilities are extremely small and the room itself was small and basic. |

Perfect location, right in the middle of the old city. Friendly stuff. Cosy, old-style room. Should include hot dishes in the breakfast, at least omlette, probably soup. Wi-fi didn't work for some reason (failed to obtain IP address). |

It's a really nice hotel situated in a beautiful street located a few walks from the main turistic points. The staff is very gentle and ready to help their guests,the rooms cleaned everyday, the breakfast in the roof is nice, it's perfect for a young copple of friends or lovers. The rooms are perfect for 2 people not for 3 !!! The breakfast is rich but not really international !!! |

I found the staff to be exceptionally friendly and at the same time not in your face.The hotel is very well situated within walking distance of all points of interest and public transport if required .The air con a welcome relief from the heat.We were initially a little dubious after reading reports but I have to say exceptional value for money and quiet considering surroundings.Breakfast good and in typical turkish style for which one should be prepared as not like a british. |

Great location, less than 5 min. walk to the Blue Mosque! Air conditioning, friendly staff, breakfast included. Great for people on a budget but who want to be close to everything. The bathroom smelled bad and it was hard to get onto the toilet without hitting your head on the wall or sink. |

Està molt ben situat. A prop de tots els monuments més importants com la Mesquita Blava, Santa Sofia... A prop també del Gran Basar i del barri de Sirkeci. Des de l'hotel es pot anar a peu a tots aquests llocs sense cap problema. L'hotel és senzill, però correcte i net. I l'habitació, també molt correcta per dormir, dutxar-se i anar a descansar una estona. |

Behulpzaam en vriendelijk personeel, 24uur/dag aanspreekbaar; uitstekende locatie nabij belangrijke toeristische trekpleisters in daardoor toeristisch maar toch knusse straat met restaurantjes en café'tjes De verwarming op de kamer kon met de thermostaat wel uitgezet worden, maar toch ging de verwarming ergens in de nacht aan. Hoewel bezoek in december, was dit niet noodzakelijk. Eenvoudige kamer en dito ontbijt. Als in het hoogseizoen de prijs hoger ligt, dan is de prijs- kwaliteitverhouding niet meer zo gunstig... |
