Staff was very friendly. Free shuttle was convenient.

Still water in the shower caused the bathroom to smell.

I was in transit and it was convenient for the airport. I stayed at the hotel for 3 hours to rest and freshen up. Yet i paid for a whole day rate. The hotel is ideal for people intransit, now you must market that aspect with a sensible rate.

I ordered lunch for my children at 1203pm and after several telephone calls to the front desk got the most horrible meals that I reordered another menu with the same result. I requested a reminder call for 3am never got that call came to the front desk for the shuttle at 0320 every employee asleep on the sofa and I was told to put my key on the desk. No one moved from their sleeping position except for the shuttle driver. I was appauled. But I needed someplace to stay ffor the long flight intransit.

This was not what I expected at all for the price... You need to really clean up this place and use some of the revenues to upgrade the room... Do it one at a time and over a few months you would be surprised...

The room was a dirty, really old and noisy place... I could not sleep a wink. There was a constant sound of running water coming from the walls...

the power went off 10 minutes after I arrived, no emergency lighting.

small shabby unequipped rooms very expensive for what it is (75 USD per night for 1 person with nothing included) wifi supposedly free and working in rooms but does not work

Convenience, as they have 24 hr shuttle (you have someone call for it and they come right away). Also, staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean and fine but......( see "don't like")

....the people in the room next to mine had TV on till late and the walls were thin, making sleep difficulty (and I had arrived about 1:00 AM). Also, breakfast was adequate but by no means special

The room with the king size bed was great, comfortable and clean. The staff was very helpful and they did their best

I paid for two rooms and one of the rooms that I paid for although it wasn't in use they rented it out. I found this to be highly unprofessional.

Was reasonably priced. Clean room, clean bathrooms. It was an excellent place to sleep for a short layover. I also appreciated the fact that the shuttle driver was willing to bring me to the airport at 3:45am. The last time I stayed in a hotel in POS the shuttle driver of that hotel refused to leave before 4am, even though my flight was at 6am.

Couldn't adjust the air conditioning, room got a little cold.

This place is a dive, funky smell in room, bathroom smelt like someone just had a perm there. It isn't even on the map where it claims to be. Useful if you just need to restup before an early morning flight out but thats about it. Avoid it you can.

La proximité de l'aéroport (5 mn) et la navette gratuite dès 3 h 30 du matin. La piscine bien agréable. Le calme environnant.

Le look de l'hotel, rien à faire ni à voir aux alentours.

La ubicación es excelente cerca del aeropuerto y la habitación es muy cómoda. Me gustó mucho.

Tragedia! Po przyjeżdzie okazało się że nie mają naszej rezerwacji I chcą od nas ponownie zapłatę aż do wyjaśnienia sytuacji. My na to nie godzimy się I na szczęście mamy pozostawiony e-mail potwierdzający dokonanie rezerwacji. Jest północ , a my walczymy ponad godzinę poprzez telefony pomiędzy recepcjonistką a właścicielami hotelu , którymi są Hindusi. Makabra! Po połowicznym załatwieniu sprawy I naszym oświadczeniu że jeśli oni sprawy nie wyjaśnią to rano zapłacimy dostajemy pokój. A pokój to następna tragedia, za ponad 100$usa syf do potęgi entej! W Boliwii wart może 4$ za pokój I nie chcemy tu obrażać Boliwii, ale jak może firma Booking oferować taki syf za taką cenę bez sprawdzenia oferowanego standardu! Podróżujemy wiele po świecie ale nie mam słów dla tej sytuacji która po 20godzinach lotu z polski nas dotknęła!

El servicio de transporte gratuito desde el aereopuerto. al llegar, pasen por la ofc. de informacion del turista del aereopuerto y desde alli le llaman al hotel para que lo busquen.

No hay nada alrededor, esta en una zona residencial de bajo status.

Stayed overnight between flights. Close to the airport (5mins away) with a free shuttle bus. Small restaurant on site with reasonably priced food. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I was a solo female traveller and felt quite safe staying there, would recommend it for an overnight stay!

Arrivals lounge filled with taxi drivers who claim the hotels shuttle service no longer runs to get you to use their taxi's! The tourist info centre will ring for the shuttle bus to come and pick you up for free!
