    I liked the airport shuttle and the swimming pool. Its a nice hotel with basic necessities. A simple clean place .

    The food quality wasn't that great. We had burger and it was small and the fries were a bit cold. It was pricey food for the amount we received.

    It was close to the airport. The pickup from the airport was quick - only a few minutes wait time. Drop off back to the airport was quick. Taxi service to the nearest mall was offered at a reasonable price. The windows had solid curtains to cover them. There was enough space in the room.

    The room was ground floor with windows looking onto the corridor. (We had to keep them covered, or someone could look in.) The lock was a simple push button lock on the doorknob. We asked for a wake-up call and it never came. When I mentioned this to the person at the front desk, she said she had not received a note from the person who was on shift before. The room had tiny ants in it, to the degree that we did not use one of the two beds. (It seemed to be in their travel path.)

    It was close to the airport. Good enough for a one night stay not for vacation.

    They don't take AMEX. Hallway got very noisy pretty early in the morning, couldn't sleep cuz of all the noise at 5am.

    Nothing - I was irked!

    After waiting for 45 minutes where we were told to wait, the airport information desk clerk called the hotel a second time. She then told us the shuttle was down and we would have to take a taxi. The free shuttle that was advertised was a significant part of our decision to stay there as all we were looking for was an overnight stay to get to an early flight. When we got to the hotel, 30 minutes later and $17 dollars lighter I expected them to deduct the cost of the taxi, as they had told us to take the taxi. They refused. This irked me then and still does. For small potatoes they created a very unhappy customer. I wasn't trying to get over.....I just didn't think I should have to pay for their mechanical problems. I assume the cost of running the free shuttle is embedded in the room price. They kept telling me it wasn't. Oh well.... They will certainly never see me again.

    The from desk staff were friendly and helpful.

    The room was disgusting. There was gum stuck to the wall, the furniture was old and stained, there were cracks and stains on walls and ceilings in the bathroom, outlets didn't work, it smelled like old cigarettes, the window was into a hallway, the walls were so thin I could hear noise in the lobby all night long so I couldn't sleep, the wifi only worked intermittently, and I'm pretty sure there were fleas in the nasty old carpet.

    Hotel is good for spend just one night and continue with your trip. Staff very friendly

    talking to female receptionist and driver that took me back to airport

    driver that picked me up was not warm or friendly to anyone on bus. The hotel took photo copy of my passport and did not return it when I asked.The room had no refridgerator, and someone pooped in barthroom and did not flush properly. The blanket and sheets were not clean. This is the worst hotel that I have stayed in.

    The shuttle service to the airport. Staff was very efficient.

    The room wasn't prepared and hairs of previous occupants were all over the room including bed, sheets and bathroom. This is real sign of poor care and cleanliness. In addition the place was very noisy until very late.

    I stayed here for a night and cant fault it. A bit pricey but thats the standard throughout the island. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed, clean bathrooms, quiet place, good food, free airport shuttle, free wifi, and a small but nice swimming pool...will definitely use it again.

    THEY OFFER FREE SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE HOTEL AND THAT IS REALLY GOOD SERVICE WHEN IS FIRST TIME TRAVELING TO TRINIDAD. THE ROOM IS CLEAN AND SMELL CLEAN THE RESTROOM SUPER CLEAN LIKE HOME. I REALLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE, AND SOON MY FAMILY WILL BE THERE TOO.

    Staff was excellent

    staff extremely friend and helpful I used Booking.com because it advertised that it finds the best hotels and excellent price. I made me reservation for 6 nights and noted on my reservation that my flight is overnight , that I would arrive 6am in the morning and asking to be accommodated. On Booking.com web site states that the credit card taken is only to guarantee the room and would no be bill until you check-in. 2 days later my card was billed for the full 6days. No chance to make changes when I tried to switch hotel it said I would be charged the full cost. Arrival at the hotel April 25th/2014 5:45am Was told I have to pay $20 US for an early check-in I ask why, if they have to do anything different I don't need room service for that day. My other option is to sit in the lobby for the next 9 hours until check-in. The room nothing like the pictures There is rust and mold on the bathroom mirror, in the bathroom, the drapes are falling off it rod, The ice bucket was very dirty I had to wash it, no coffee maker, I had to request an Iron and Ironing Board, The Iron board cover was dirty and stained, the cable wires was out of the wall and lots of dust on the TV and on the top of the TV it stood on I only saw that because I was trying to get the TV to work. I took pictures and wish I could attached them. This was my first time using BOOKING.COM I always another web site and I have traveled this was the worst hotel. I so disappointed if it was 1 day I wont even bother to comment but 6 days. I planned to return to Trinidad I wont stay there or even recommend. But I was motivated because of BOOKING.COM

    The facilities are old and the rooms are small, but they have all the basic amenities, including free WiFi and a swimming pool. There is a free shuttle to the airport. I stayed there for only one night, so I just wanted an affordable room near the airport.

    The room was really small, but OK for just one person. There is nothing in the hotel vicinity, so forget about going out for a snack or dinner. The room rate did not include breakfast, they had only free coffee. The really bad part was that my credit card was charged twice, but I only stayed one night! So it wasn't such a good deal after all.

    * The outside surroundings were well kept * The access of a refrigerator in the room was helpful * The presence of security reduced my fears * Meal was satisfactory

    *Room had foul scent (fume coming. In from waste vent) *Shower facet made showering a hard task (water spraying in hair and outside the shower area) *Housekeeping was not done even after request was made for it to be done * No Internet service for the during of my stay (this cause GREAT inconvenience)
