Hilton Trinidad & Conference Centre

I liked the location of the hotel;hospitality of the staff as they were all time available for help;cleanness;wonderful food;confortable rooms ; and other facilities were cute in all aspects

The room charges are too high compared to similar hotels in my country; it was really shocking to learn that a person paying about USD 190 but not served breakfast as a give back gasture to a customer! I visted India for similar hotel where I paid usd 100 but I was served a wonderful breakfast! Information given in Web about the Hotel is incomplete!

It was being in paradise. The pool area was fabulous . The rooms were so good and clean and the Trinidadian people were so friendly.

The prices for drink. It stated $ 3 for a beer but when you paid it was $5.50 and breakfast stated $16 but when the bill arrived it was double the amount

Excelent accomodations, but only stayed a few hours due to travel program.

The gym

Very old-fashion in lobby, rooms and restaurant. No value for money.

Staff was great: very amenable and friendly.

Long walks in corridors. The gym was right below my room but I had to walk a very long way to it. Lobby is also far from where my room was.

The room smelt musty, the balcony was a concrete 70's monstrosity. The hotel wasn't bad but was dated.

Staff were very pleasant , helpful, and friendly. Supervisor Derek and other staff at the front desk were all very nice.

On New years day, the other guests next to my room,young people 6 of them,came in after a party all drunk ,Playing music loudly,banging on our door at 4am and shouting. After calling the front desk,the staff tried to speak to them.But they continued after the staff member left,with loud noises until 7am .The staff apologized,and extended extra hospitality to us. Which I was happy to see they tried to keep the high standards of the HILTON.But for this incident ,we enjoyed or stay,and will always choose hilton.

fast and easy check in process, courteous reception staff, bar staff & bellboys, good location - close to meetings and independence square (relatively); cafe on premise to get coffee/tea, bank machine also on premise which is nice, lots of registered taxis, scenic view of the city, room decor is modern and good beds

damp rooms (had to do w/ being on a floor that is close to bottom), housekeeping is OK - didn't replace some of the amenities, minibar not stocked; awful waitstaff at restaurant. Not friendly or efficient. Restaurant manager is good but maybe she can train the staff to be better! Breakfast was also nothing special - and very expensive. Who serves chicken wings for breakfast? Very greasy options - not friendly for health conscious eaters.

Zonas comunes "setenteras". Habitacion con ruidos del aire acondicionado apagado. Ducha no funcionaba bien. Recepcionista no hablaba castellano (basico en un hotel de 5 estrellas, creo).

Je n'ai rien apprécié. Ne vaut certainement pas ses tarifs.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet hôtel. Le personnel n'est pas serviable. L’hôtel est très désagréable, vieux, les chambres ne sont pas très propres. Il y a une odeur de moquette mouillée qui aurait moisit. Nous avons demandé à changer de chambre mais c'était partout comme ça (un peu moins dans les étages supérieurs). Quel idée d'avoir mis des moquettes dans un pays tropical!!! La piscine est chouette mais on est dérangé par la musique ou par des souffleurs de feuilles à moteur très bruyant qui nettoient à 9h du mat sans se soucier de réveiller les clients. Le restaurant ressemble plus à une cantine. L’hôtel est loin de tout, besoin d'un taxi pour tout faire (sauf le jardin botanique et le zoo). Les taxis qui sont devant l’hôtel sont de vrais escrocs, le genre à faire payer 3 fois le prix normal d'une course. C'est un hôtel qui mise sur les conférenciers. Si vous êtes touristes, n'y allez surtout pas. Nous avons séjourné une nuit à notre retour de Tobago et en attendant notre vol de retour pour Londres. Nous n'avions pas le choix car tout était complet. Si vous n'avez pas le choix, je vous conseille plutôt d'aller dans un b&b, ça sera certainement plus agréable et moins cher.

el gym esta muy bonito Y super moderno

he estado en hoteles de menos categoria Y el wifi ha sido gratis hasta en los moteles , en este cobranban una exageracion de 15$us diarios osea si me quedo 10 dias son 150$ us eso debediria ser un servicio gratuito porque asi lo es en todos los dmas hoteles Q me he hospedado . A parte le falta restaurar los pisos del area de la piscina .

Me gusto que el hotel es una confortable y muy espacioso

Muy cómodo y agradable.

Es inevitable entrar y salir en taxi. No hay casi como ir caminando a algún lado.

Un hotel muy confortable, recien renovado, con un personal muy atento y amigable. No tienen mucho personal que hable español.

Excelente gimnasio.

Los servicios de restaurante son absurdamente costosos. Por esa razón siempre que pude desayuné, almorce o cené por fuera del hotel.

Il letto ed il televisore...

Il tappeto odorava male, il corridoio prima dell'ingresso odorava peggio... Il bagno molto scarno per la categoria dell'Hotel, cosi' come il frigobar che era completamente vuoto. l'hotel e' a 45 minuti dall'aeroporto, totalmente isolato dal centro ....

The location the gardens and the spectucular views

Location, ice machine, the room was renovated.

High rates for what the hotel offers. Communal areas need to be renovated. Ridiculous price for phone calls and extras (€40.00 for a 7 minute call!). Taxes are not included in any of the prices for rooms, food or extras and they were more than 20%!!

le personnel est tres agreable vraiment accueillant et disponible

au sein de ma chambre il y a avait une odeur de renfermé qui etait désagréble. j'ai signalé l'odeur desagréable on m'a juste donné un désodorisant. un changement de chambre aurait ete préférable.

The booking said free internet. Not correct. Internet is pay as you go.

The view on the public terrace was good with the stunning sunset over the hills. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

We expected more from a Hilton, but maybe things have changed. We are sure the staff is good, but the place is dated and worn. Parts of the edge of the pool had fallen off and no attempt was made to repair these. The building decor was random, but we had a laugh about the small red flamingo statues. The walkway from the hotel to the Trindad botanical gardens near by was through a mechanical mess. Maybe in time with some attention, the hotel will be enhanced for the price currently being paid.
