Location was great, able to walk to so many things and taxis were cheap to travel anywhere a little further away. Room was very large in size (we did however receive an upgrade). |

Extremely convenient if using the MRT and/or the fast train to other cities in Taiwan. Close to many, many medium (yummy and cheap) to even lower cost(more for locals) food outlets and eating places. Taxi stand right outside hotel. Older part of town but very OK to stay there. I liked it. The breakfast buffet menu needs changing/more variety more often. Was there 7 mornings and started dreading the same foods every morning. |

We were offered a free upgrade to deluxe on the 14th flr but the rm turned out a great disappointment, the carpet was very dirty looking & the steel fixtures were rusty. I called to check with Frontdesk & was told that they cud switch to a similar rm type, we decided not to change. About 20 mins later we got a call on an offer for another rm, we requested to check out the rm before we move. The bell boy took us to view a much better rm on the 19th flr, they called it the "ladies' room". He told us the the duty mgr had made the arrangemt at no extra charge. We would like to give compliments to the mgr on duty, Didn't get his or her name though. Overall, the service of the Hotel staff was pleasant. We think housekeeping was abit slow and sloppy.The room maintenance standards could have been better, The door to the washroom we were staying in was squeaky whenever we open and shut it. We understand that the hotel upgrades its rooms progressively, but we believe with better, prompt, efficient maintenance to maintain cleanliness and comfort standards would be good. |

I liked the location, the room, the rotating TV, the help by people at business Center Doors in room for bathroom, closets, are hard to open, and sometimes I was hurting my hands |

the kitchen and the limossine to the airport you can see that the besr peiode off this hotel is in the past. Very old bathrooms and no modern internet |

The location is perfect to start from Taipei main station for somewhere. Staff members are also well trained and very kind. Facilities itself are rather old in contrast to the price. And sometimes even though the late night or early morning it was very noisy. |

Complimentary pineapple cakes ! Very Near to taipei main station. Very powerful high pressure shower bath is relaxing ! My room have a bad landscaoe view thru the windows. |

The hotel staffs is really friendly. They are always ready to answer your questions. The room given to us has no view, but we are fine with it. As most of the time, we are out of the room :). |
