Caesar Park Hotel Taipei  

The Hotel was centrally located with easy access to the HSR and suburban train network. service was attentive and the breakfast buffet was great.Access to wifi in restaurant and lobby exceptional.

Caesar Park Hotel is the perfect location when you want to explore Taipei. Few steps from taipei mrt, the railway station, & shopping malls, restaurants, Starbucks, Mcdonalds etc. It's a very safe place even at late night walking. Lots of nearby tourist attractions like Chiang Kai Shek memorial hall, Shilin night market, Ximending shopping district etc. (all of these can be reach by using mrt). Hotel staffs were all accommodating and friendly. I stayed at executive floor, there's a lounge that offers free coffee, tea, some cookies and chinese cakes. The executive suite are huge! Bathroom alone is like the size of a standard hongkong hotel room. Me and my 2 kids enjoyed the rooftop garden with a jacuzzi and a koi pond! Although hotel is old, room and facilities are clean. My family had a great stay with Caesar Park!

The reception cannot find the reservation I made via Booking.com, they resolved the problem by giving me a standard room instead of a suite which I originally booked. They transferred me to a suite the following morning when they found out that I did booked a suite via booking.com. Also, they do not allow late check out. Hotel only has 2 sofas at the lobby which are not enough for the number of guests who wanted to stay at the lobby for some reason.

There is a wonderful location. Compare to superior room , the suits room is wonderful . The 9 th floor reception staff is so nice and helpful.

One of the waitress suspected us without breakfast coupons.She came to my table Two times to ask for coupons and she said children need coupons. When we were entering the restaurant we needed to give her the coupons.I Was so humiliated .I booked two suits rooms , one for me and husband and one for twins sons (they are only 13 years old.). I think no family like us to book two rooms. So I feel angry and very disappointed her behavior.

Everything is quite good and satisfactory.

Is a very convieniece hotel as the Taipei Main Station just next to it as walking distance and nearby shopping mall too...

Excellent location connected to taipei subway, railway and high-speed train station. Also lots of snooping both underground and around the hotel. Executive suite is spacious and conveniently located on the same floor as the executive lounge.

Room is slightly old. Bed and pillows are not so comfortable.

Many shops and restaurants around, many souvenir shops at Taipai Station. Very convenient, the room is spacious though it is bit worn out.

The staff does not give helpful advice to my tourist enquiry, E.g they do not even know there are lot of shops selling pineapple cakes at Taipei Station next to the hotel. I requested a meter taxi to airport and they recommended a fixed price taxi which is 30% more. I have to argue and insist for the meter taxi, I seldom encounter this in Taipei.

Very polite and service-oriented staff who went all the way to helped us solved our rooming issues, even though we were the ones who made a mistake in our bookings. Throughout the stay, whole family enjoyed ourselves thoroughly. Excellent location right at the junction of Taipei Station, with easy access to the mrt, rail and high speed rail right at the doorstep. Lots of shopping, be it shopping malls or street shopping all around. My wife lost her phone in the hotel's public toilet after checking out. The way the cafe and hotel staff managed the issue and helped us to send it back to us was efficient and impressive. Definitely worth coming back to them if we are in Taipei each time.

Book 2 rooms for 2 nights and was offered free upgrade to executive floor for both rooms. Rooms are spacious with nice view of Taipei main station. Bathroom is huge and sofa area is perfect for family. Location is ideal as it is located @Taipei main station exit m6.

Location is good, right on top of the taipei train station makes it easy to travel to anywhere. Loads of choices for shopping, food and entertainment nearby if there is time to spend on exploration.

We loved the location as we had access to the train stations via the undergrounds when the weather was a little bit wet outside.

The bathroom can be maintained in better condition as the basin edges and ceiling tiles were stained with mildew.
