I didn't like the idea that the hotel allowed the workers work until late in the night. It was really bad as I wanted to work and rest quietly in the night time but the renovation work still went on. I had to ring the hotel staff at least twice on my second night to stop the work. They did but moved on to another room. It didn't make any difference. Could you imagine someone hammering and cutting tiles right above your room? I had to tell them that I didn't want to check out before the date I meant to stay. The following morning the work started before 6. I couldn't believe that! One more thing, no clocks available to my big surprise!

Location is excellent, it's close to the Taipei Railway Station as well as the subway. Lots of food places around the hotel

Hotel insisted in checking in at 3pm, not even at 2:45pm. The hallway was rennovated but the rooms were rather old. Despite the beds are comfortable.

It's a well-designed and quiet respite, directly connected to Taipai Station, mrt and high-speed rail.

There is a wonderful location. Compare to superior room , the suits room is wonderful . The 9 th floor reception staff is so nice and helpful.

One of the waitress suspected us without breakfast coupons.She came to my table Two times to ask for coupons and she said children need coupons. When we were entering the restaurant we needed to give her the coupons.I Was so humiliated .I booked two suits rooms , one for me and husband and one for twins sons (they are only 13 years old.). I think no family like us to book two rooms. So I feel angry and very disappointed her behavior.

Excellent location connected to taipei subway, railway and high-speed train station. Also lots of snooping both underground and around the hotel. Executive suite is spacious and conveniently located on the same floor as the executive lounge.

Room is slightly old. Bed and pillows are not so comfortable.

Location just in front of Taipei Central station

Old fornitures and room style. Bathroom really basic and old. Poor quality breakfast

Staff were friendly and helpful. They gave us a room with 3 double beds when they saw we have 3 Here is my new line in HK 64724194.

My family staying in this hotel from 4-9Dec (5 days). Location is very convenience. Its located near main Taipei Station. Staying here ,travelling around by public transports is no problem at all. However, the designs and decors of the building looked a little old fashion.May be it's time for full renovation. Service staff is polite,courteous and helpful, no problem in communicaion. Eventhough,I was promised a complimentary birthday cake for for my wife by the Sales & Markerting Dept which was not delivered on the eve of her birthday, I still rate this hotel 4 out of 5 "star" to be recommended to others. By chance, if I will to come back Taipei for holiday, I'll choose this hotel again. Brgds/A.Cheng.

Locaton near Taipei main train station and Metro allows you to visit places and shop easily. There is also bus at the station to take you to/from the international airport directly.

Carpet is old. Wi-Fi is not as fast as I like

Good location.

Because of its old interior decoration, you find its not very handy and user friendly of those switches of lights and tv. The bed and pillows in ok but not be good enough.
