The hotel staffs is really friendly. They are always ready to answer your questions. The room given to us has no view, but we are fine with it. As most of the time, we are out of the room :). |

Very convenient because it is located just next to Taipei Central Station and Guo Guang Bus Station. You can either take the train, high speed train and bus to travel to every cities and popular tourist site from these two stations. The wireless internet is working intermittently and unreliable. Hotel staff keep denying that there is fault with the wireless internet. Bathroom shower head is not working. |

It was extremely well situated at the centre of Taipei just opposite the main train station to other parts of Taiwan and the bus station direct from the airport. We had an upgrade to the executive floor but the bathroom was so small you nad to squeeze between the wash basin counter and the toilet bowl in order to close the bathroom door! |

This is my second round of stay at the hotel within a week as I made a trip to Taichung in between the week. I was more satisfied with the first room (upgraded) than the second one when I rechecked in again. The location of the hotel is very convenient which is really a plus point. I am not too happy with the interior of the room as the furnishings are abit old and worn out. Think your hotel needs to be refurbished, then it would be perfect. |

Upon my check-in on Nov 8 2009, I was told by the front desk that I was given an upgraded room and I was very impressed with the size of the room with a sitting area. Very much appreciated that. The negative point about the room is that the toilet is rather small and the interior of the room needs some renovation as the doors are pretty worn out. Bathroom also needs upgrading as well. |

We booked the hotel because of the location in combination with the luxury of a 5 star hotel. A pleasant surprise was that we got upgraded from a superior room to an executive room, including complimentary breakfast (for 5 nights)! The room was spacious, quiet and a good place to rest and relax. I also liked the relax chair for watching tv on a large screen. We also took a massage treatment at the spa on the 6th floor, which was excellent. |

You can't really find a better located hotel in Taipei - right next to the Main Station and therefore affording you easy access across pretty much the whole city. The staff were really helpful and happy to answer all those typical visitor questions, such as where do i find the night markets etc? A generally very nice hotel with large rooms and excewllent facilities. I generally don't like 5-star hotels as i usually find them overbearing but this place was great. i liked the sense of faded grandeur and the touch of the 70s about it. |

Good value, location: right by the (High-Speed) Railroad station, so it's easy to catch a regular "Express Bus" for 90NT$ from the airport to the railroad station and haul your luggage across to the hotel, then catch the High Speed Train the next day and go to any of the important industrial cities along the western corridor. extremely slow Wi-Fi internet access |
