The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were also very clean and spacious.

The toilet cubicle gave a slight foul sewer smell, not sure where it came off. But the smell went off after we switch on the ventilation for the toilet.

Incredible levels of service, where nothing is too much. Great breakfast with variety of food, including western style and good size rooms with modern bathrooms. Absolutely amazing hotel!

Nothing to not like but you have to take a taxi to mrt, which costs about £1.50 / €1.75 / $ 2.50. As long as you know where you are - this is not a problem at all.

I stayed there from the 13th of Feb to the 18th of Feb during the Chinese new year period. Rooms were clean, Bathrooms were up to standards except there should have been a bathroom door. Some of the other staff were exceptionally polite and nice. They gave you whatever information you need to accomplish what you came for including helping to book for cabs and giving directions. Overall nice hotel.

I had a quiet chat at the smoking area with a friend at 3am in the morning and was asked to go back to the room by this staff called enzo even though we were not talking loudly. He cited reasons that this was a residential zone and we shouldn't be talking in the smoking area after late hours. The hotel is a non-smoking property..... There were 2 iMacs in the lobby that nobody uses. My girlfriend uses the computers to watch some movies without turning on the volume at times when there are nobody around using them. On one occasion, she was asked to stop using the computer at 10pm on the 17th of Feb by Enzo again saying that the computers were not for watching movies....

Clean, modern room design. Comfortable bed. Coffee machine, and amenities provided.

Room comfortable for one, but might be a tad small for 2 persons.

It's very well equipped with very warm staff at the counter.

It's rather inconvenient travelling to the nearest train station. A cab is always necessary.

Service staff were excellent - full of smiles, always ready to help. Excellent amenities for a single-block hotel just 8-floors tall. They had a self-service laundry facility, computers and printer. Very clean and sleek design that made the stay very enjoyable.

Only the location. Too far away from the main city shopping areas/attractions. Quite a walk away from any metro station too.

Very efficient staff. Very responsive to client's request. A quiet place to stay in Taipei. Though not in the central location, a short trip by taxi will take you to the mrt station. If you like a friendly small hotel with innovated concept of hospitality, this is an excellent choice.

It's hard to know where to start. From the e-mail received in advance of our arrival advising us of the alternative transportation options to the hotel (a brilliant idea) to the exceptional courtesy extended by all the staff, the very modern decor and facilities (replete with the Panasonic toilet seat) the exceptional cleanliness and the very good buffet breakfast, this delightful boutique hotel was a smash hit!

Not a darn thing!

lovely quiet environment , nice clean bedroom with state of art design toilet & bathroom. only a few mins walk to eating place like Mos Burger which my son enjoy most. Its also easy to hop on a bus & get to Sogo Dept store about 4 bus stops away. From Sogo its another 6-8 mins walk to Zhi Shan MRT. After a whole day of shopping , taking a cab back to hotel from Zhi shan MRT or Sogo is a breeze, around NTD 130. Very convenient to get to Shilin night market, Beitou hotspring & TamSui Fishermen Wharf. Friendly & helpful staff, always smiling & attentive . Breakfast is good, & we enjoyed the violin session on one of the day. Bed & pillows are of good quality & very comfortable .

really no complains at all If have to, its the slightly longer travelling distance to Taipei 101 or Ximending district. But overall its still well worth to spend that extra 20 mins in exchange for a nice comfortable value for money hotel.

Rooms are highly functional, clean and has the necessities of a comfortable stay. Staff go the extra effort to make guests comfortable, quick to help on travel needs. We perceived the staff as very caring and polite to guests. Dandy Hotel Tianmu is not that flashy but very comfortable - just what we need. We'll definitely be back to this hotel.

Nice & clean. Service was excellence. I had left my money bag along with my passport & credit card in the room. When I noticed it I was half way to Wu-Lay. I was not quite worry because I felt that the hotel have friendly front desk worker and they should have honesty cleaning crew. It was a long trip, when I was back to my room. My room was nice & clean and my worry was behind me, it was place infront of the tv where it can be seen. Of course, the next day, I THANKs the lady myself. I will be highly recommended to my friends who will be travelling to Taiwan.
