The room was clean and very comfortable.

I was disappointed with the gym and leisure facilities. They were not always as availiable as I thought and I did think they were bigger and spa and sauna part of the gym they are not and oyu have to book the spa area .

When we checked-in, they charged to our credit card immediately. They also charged to our credit card again when we checked out. (They failed to cancelled previous charges. So it shows 2 different charges in our credit card statement). We have to call them several times for the cancellation of the double charges.

Booked a deluxe room but upgraded to a suite, impressed with the friendliness of front desk staff, spacious room and bath, free mini bar, airport transfer(from hotel) plus its close proximity to subway station, will definitely stay at this hotel if coming to Taipei again!

Room is big clean and quiet. Daily fresh fruit is served. 5 min walk to subway songjiang nanjin station. 7/11 is next to the hotel and another moderate size supermarket Welcome is around the corner.

Quite far away from the night market like Liaoning street. But anyway, this allows the hotel to be quiet.

Excellent hotel with easy accessibility to a metro station and Evergreen buses to Taoyuan International Airport, polite and warm service staff, comfortable and spacious rooms. Would definitely stay here again.

nothing much to shop around the hotel. very quiet at night. waited one hour for the bus to airport.

Friendly and helpful staff. They also gave us a complimentary ride on the airport shuttle bus, which is conveniently located outside the hotel.

The hotel is a bit old so it could do with some upgrading.

I like the location and the spaciousness of the rooms.

Excellent, friendly and polite staff. Quality in every way

Having stayed at another what was supposed to be a very good hotel, I discovered how excellent the Ever Green Hotel was. So at first I did not like the location, but the quality of this hotel advantage far exceeds the location disadvantgae.

Seconf time there, huge size of the room (66 sqm suite). Services attached to the room

very well kept facility. The lobby may look simple but the rooms, at least where I stayed, are very luxurious. It is a true 5 start hotel. Fruit plate everyday, free drinks in the lobby with very comfortable sitting area. Compared to my canceled Ambassador's reservation, the price was a bit higher but I got in return three times the room, separate sleeping and living area, high ceilings huge bathroom with fancy shower room and separate whirlpool tub. Free WIFI anywhere in hotel, free breakfast and exceptional service. Room cleaning is twice a day with staff that willing to do anything for your satisfaction. By the way, most of the hotels in Taipei are old and renewed so you would smell the humidity order in all of these hotels (one reason I left the Ambassador after my first night stay; I have allergy and cannot bare the humidity and order) but the Evergreen is excellent as if did not have this problem. After all, I really enjoyed my 9 nights stay at this hotel.

It seems like the vast majority of Taiwan's visitors are Japanese. So the food is mostly tailored to their tast and tradition. Also, the restaurant's staff were more like robots than customer service oriented. For the nine breakfast we had in the restaurant, we had to tell the same servant to bring hot coffee or milk every day and they never figured us out, so by the fifth day I gave up on the morning coffee from the restaurant. So back to the first point, almost 90% of the food variety they offer I could not eat for two reasons, is not western style and almost every thing is mixed with pork meat (including chicken patties) which I do not eat. Additionally, their juices were awful with strange taste. At 500TWD (~$17) the breakfast is not worth it but since it was included in my reservation I took advantage of it.

Very friendly staff, our booked room was an excellent choice. Walking distance to nearest MTR station, bought the smart card from the nearby convenient store 7-11 for the MTR and bus rides Tourist brochures was very information and we were able to visit different places of interest by MTR. And bus rides.

I was more than impressed with the quality of care. Staff were professional and courteous. Security measures pleasant without undue miscomfort.

デラックスツインを予約しましたが、スイートにアップグレードしてくれました。エキストラベッドを入れて3- 人で3泊しましたが、ソファセットを置いてな- お部屋は広く、ジェットバスも快適。洗面台は噂にたがわず黄金でした。 ウェルカムフルーツとミニバーは毎日補充、リキュール類以外は無料。ウェルカム- ドリンク券を6枚ほどいただき、使いきれないほどでした。また、ホテルの隣のセブンイレブン前から出る長栄- バスの桃園空港行きのバスチケットもサービス- してもらいました。 利用はしませんでしたが、部屋にはデスクとプリンタ複合機まで設置されていました。 アメニティも充実、タンスから荷物室まで備わっています。 レセプションは日本語を話す従業員もいて、もてなしてもらいました。（英語もわかりやすく話- してくれます）ベッドサイドのライトが切れた時も、すぐに修理してもらいました。 立地は、駅も近く、朝ごはん屋さんもあちこちにあります。コンビニ、スーパー、お菓子屋さんもあり、とても- 便利です。 とてもゆっくりさせてもらいました。

マイナス点でもありませんが、バスタブにシャワーがなく、シャワーブースが反対側にありました。日本人とし- ては、どう使っていいか悩むところです。 洗面台は2つありますが、トイレもその隣にあります。トイレだけでも個室になってくれると、3人で泊まって- もなお快適かなと思います。

市内に行くのに非常に便利であった。空港にも近いのはよかった。
